The two were taken aback, glared at each other, and then turned to Lu Yuan.
The man spoke first, "If he sells it to me for 2.6 yuan, he'll just offer random prices. In the end, even if I don't want the goods, he won't want them either."
"Who said that? I said I'd buy it, so sell it to me for 2.7 yuan."
"Two dollars and 75 cents."
"Two 8s."
"Two dollars and 85 cents."
“Three pieces,” Monkey Three said directly.
"Monkey Three!"
The man gritted his teeth, "You really want to go against us?"
“I’m not going against you. I’m just making legitimate offers and not breaking any black market rules.”
"Fine, I'll give you this rabbit fur. Let's see if you have the money to buy it." The man stepped aside.
Monkey Three sneered, "Do you think I'm short of money for a few rabbit pelts?"
Lu Yuan stared at Hou San and asked to confirm, "Three yuan a piece, are you sure you want it?"
Monkey Three nodded without hesitation, "I definitely want it."
“Okay, I have 1,000 rabbit hairs here, all of the same quality. Get 3,000 yuan ready, and I'll take you to pick them up.”
Monkey Three's eyes widened. "1000? That many?" He thought there were only 3.
The man sneered, "You didn't think there were only two or three, did you? Hahahaha."
Monkey Three felt a moment of embarrassment; he really thought there were only two or three, but 1,000 would be even better.
He said, "Money is no problem, but we can't go with you to pick up the goods. You have to deliver the goods to us."
“Okay, give me an address,” Lu Yuan said.
Monkey Three gave the address, and Lu Yuan nodded, "Deliver in half an hour."
After saying that, he said to the man, "Leave your contact address. If he doesn't want it, I'll still give it to you for 2.5 yuan later."
The man was delighted and chuckled, "Okay, I'll wait at the alley entrance on the west side."
Lu Yuan's words caused a slight displeasure to appear on Monkey Three's face, but upon noticing Lu Yuan's scar, his expression immediately softened. "Don't worry, I, Monkey Three, keep my word. I will definitely take the goods."
Lu Yuan nodded and left.
The man and Monkey glared at each other again before heading off in different directions.
Lu Yuan left the black market and headed straight for the place he had agreed to meet with Hou San. This place was outside the city and in a wasteland by the roadside.
Lu Yuan looked around and, seeing that no one was around, took all the rabbit fur out of his spatial storage. He spread out several large mats on the ground and laid the rabbit fur on them. The fur was soft and smooth, and looked very comfortable.
After thinking for a moment, he released Tiger Brother and his wife, as well as Wolf King and his wife, from the space. Bear Brother was currently sparring with him and wasn't in the space, otherwise he would have released him as well.
"You guys find a place to hide over there. If those people are too blind, you can come out and scare them."
The two tigers and two wolves nodded in unison.
After waiting a while, Monkey Three came over with seven or eight strong men, and also pushed two carts.
Lu Yuan raised an eyebrow. "Bringing so many people, are they really planning to double-cross us?"
Monkey Three and his gang approached. "Where's the goods?" Monkey Three asked.
Lu Yuan shone his flashlight a short distance behind him and saw that the rabbit fur on the ground had piled up into a small mountain. Monkey Three was delighted and was about to step forward when Lu Yuan stopped him with his hand. "Cash on delivery."
Monkey Three glanced at his centipede scar and chuckled, "Then we have to inspect the goods first, right?"
Lu Yuan withdrew his arm. "You go and inspect the goods by yourself."
Monkey Three hesitated for a moment, but still agreed, "Okay, I'll go check the goods."
He ran up to the rabbit fur and randomly picked out a few to examine; indeed, every pelt was of top quality.
With a wave of his hand, he called to the people he had brought, "The goods are fine, move them." The seven or eight people behind him immediately wanted to bypass Lu Yuan and run over to move the rabbit fur directly.
Lu Yuan stopped them, saying, "Pay up first."
One of them said gruffly, "Money? What money? If you know what's good for you, get out of my way, or our fists won't discriminate."
"Oh, I thought they were trying to double-cross us, but it turns out they're just robbing us outright," Lu Yuan laughed. "Monkey Three, are you sure you're not going to pay?"
Monkey Three, whose name was called, trembled. It wasn't that he didn't want to pay, but that their boss didn't want to pay. Thinking of the scar on Lu Yuan's face, he knew he was a ruthless man, and his heart skipped a beat.
But then he thought that the other party was just one person, and there were so many of them on their side, so what were they afraid of? So he stubbornly retorted, "What money? Don't you know that when Brother Jiang takes a liking to something, everyone offers it to him willingly? You dare to ask for money? Are you tired of living?"

As he spoke, he withdrew his arm, clapped his hands twice, and shouted into the darkness, "Come out."
Seeing him like this, Monkey Three and his companions looked around warily. In a flash, several shadows darted out, glaring at Monkey Three and his group, baring their teeth and growling.
After seeing what it was, Monkey Three and the others yelled "Mommy!" and turned to run. Monkey Three, because he was checking the rabbit fur, was alone by the fur and didn't have time to run before Lu Yuan stopped him.
His legs buckled and he knelt on the ground. A strong smell of urine wafted over, and Lu Yuan and his four large pets took two steps back.
Holy crap, this guy actually peed his pants in fear!
Lu Yuan looked disgusted. "Tell me where your Brother Jiang is? I'll go deliver rabbit fur to him later and tell him to get the money ready."
Monkey Three tremblingly gave an address.
Lu Yuan said, "Don't try anything funny. You know I could get the address from someone else even without asking you. I only asked you to let you off the hook."
Monkey Three immediately gave another address, "Big brother, grandpa, ancestor, I'm telling the truth this time. I'll take you there, just please let me go."
