Chapter 20: The Superpower Was Finally Not Transferred

Suddenly, a dagger flew over and cut the back of Lao Liu's hand. He jerked back and looked in the direction from which the dagger had come.

"Who! I didn't expect you to have someone else." Old Liu couldn't care less about playing around at this point. He fastened his belt again, his expression unusually serious.

A young man came out. Lin Xi remembered him; he was one of the three people who had just chased the zombies at the gas station.

She subconsciously turned her face away, not wanting it to be seen clearly.

Tang He looked at Lao Liu with a cynical smile, his eyes filled with contempt. "You lust-driven bastard, a disgrace to men. Instead of thinking about how to kill more zombies to avenge your dead family and friends, you're here harming your own kind. You're really not human."

Tang He twirled the dagger with ease in one hand, a half-smile on his face. "Kneel down and call me 'Dad,' and I might consider sparing your life."

He paused, then said with a look of disgust, "Forget it, don't shout it out and annoy me. If I had a son like you, I would have strangled him the day he was born."

After saying that, the dagger in his hand flew out again, this time aimed directly at his heart.

Old Liu quickly stretched out one hand, made a fist, and slowly raised it upwards. An earthen wall appeared, blocking the flying blade. The dagger was inserted into the earthen wall, with only the hilt sticking out.

Lin Xi suddenly felt her arm being grabbed, and the next second she was pulled out of the ground. When she looked up, a handsome and refined profile came into view.

Lin Xi paused, her breath catching in her throat.

"Run." The voice was light and pleasant.
