Qu Chengan turned around and asked the city lord:
"You just said that Mrs. Zhang has two four-year-old children, right?"
The city lord was startled when he saw Qu Cheng'an turning around, and replied with a dazed expression:
"Yes, that's right. There are two four-year-old children."
Qu Cheng'an turned around and went out with the two children.
The City Lord and his wife looked at Qu Chengan's back and murmured:

Qu Chengan unfolded the portrait in his hand and showed it to the doctor.
"Hello, I'm here looking for someone. Do you know the person in this portrait?"
The doctor recognized the portrait as Sudan Ruo at a glance.
The doctor glanced at Qu Cheng'an, worried that the Sultan had offended someone outside and was coming to seek revenge, so he turned around and said:
"I don't know. I've never seen him. I don't know him."
Qu Chengan saw that this person was perfunctory, so he thought for a moment and put away the portrait and continued:
"To be honest, I heard that this woman is Madam Zhang, who is your doctor. My wife is about to give birth, so I came all the way here to ask Madam Zhang to see my wife."

Qu Cheng'an saw Su Danruo drying medicinal herbs inside through the courtyard gate.
Qu Cheng'an walked inside step by step, afraid of disturbing this peaceful scene.
