Chapter Seven: The Sister-Complex Men and a Certain Four

Qingyan's act of reaching out to Yin for a hug greatly annoyed Fei Yanggu. Meanwhile, in the Hall of Mental Cultivation, Master Kang was happily waiting to watch the show.

While at the military camp, Eshuo and Saito received a letter from Feiyanggu, discovering that Yinqingyan's relationship with him was growing closer. They began to plot how to get a leave from Fuquan, so that they could not see their sister getting along better with other men than with them.

On this day, Fuquan was in a good mood and spared Saito and Eshuo, giving them a three-day holiday to go home.

Qingyan was still fast asleep on the bed. Eshuo and Saito sat by the bed, watching their little sister, who looked like a dumpling, with her pink lips slightly parted, panting heavily. A satisfied smile graced her chubby little face, and two tiny dimples were faintly visible.

After finishing practicing the Tai Chi Chuan taught by Fei Yanggu, Yin walked into Qingyan's room as usual. As soon as he entered, he found two men sitting by Qingyan's bed. Yin's face immediately darkened. The two men were dressed in moon-white casual clothes, and judging from the fabric and design of the clothes, they were definitely made by Qingyan.

"Qingyan, get up!" Just as Yin was about to wake Qingyan, Saito immediately turned around and glared at Yin. His sister always slept until she naturally woke up. Since Yin came, many of Qingyan's habits had changed, and waking up naturally had completely disappeared from her life.

Actually, even though Fei Yanggu didn't say anything to Yin, he completely agreed with Yin's actions. Some of Qingyan's habits were indeed bad for his health.

"Come out here!" Both Saito and Eshuo were in the military camp, where there was never any distinction between superiors and inferiors. When they saw Yin swaggering into Qingyan's room, intending to disturb her sleep, the two sister-obsessed men felt resentful. In the past, if they said anything more to Feiyanggu, he would immediately kick them, but Yin had not received such treatment.

Yin remembered that Eshuo and Saito were both successful at a young age, but neither of them lived very long. Yin couldn't say whether they were ambushed when they went to war. Back then, Yin disliked the noble status of his wife's family and secretly had Saito and Eshuo dealt with, which was understandable.

At this moment, the two doting brothers looked extremely grim. Their father's defenses were really weak, allowing someone to enter their home so easily.

"Fourth Prince, in the future, if you need anything, you can have your sister's servants do it." Saito implied that Yin should not go to Qingyan's room too often. Although Qingyan was still young and was a candidate for the imperial concubine selection, it was not certain who Kangxi would appoint her to in the future. Wouldn't Yin's behavior make his sister lose face?

Yin frowned. The two of them looked much the same as in their previous lives, but their murderous aura had increased considerably. It seemed that they had entered the battlefield earlier than in their previous lives.

"Father has already hinted to Lord Ulanara that he will betroth Qingyan to me as my primary consort!" Yin was indignant. His little consort had finally stopped rejecting him, even though she would say some things that were hard to understand. Her cute and innocent appearance made him want to hold her in the palm of his hand and protect her.

Saito and Eshuo exchanged a glance. Their father's letter clearly did not mention it. Should they separate the two of them first?

The thought made them feel an even greater burden. This prince would be staying in the mansion for another two years, and they couldn't just let him continue to maintain a good relationship with Qingyan.

"Fourth Prince, as long as His Majesty doesn't issue an edict, you must keep your distance from Qingyan." Saito still spoke up. She didn't know much about Qingyan's younger age, and if she wasn't careful, her reputation would be tarnished. At that time, no matter how strong her father and brothers' background was, Kangxi would abandon her.

"Fourth..." Qingyan heard Yin's voice, a clear and crisp sound echoing in the room. She groggily got up, her small body clad in a pink undergarment, with a dragon pendant representing Yin's identity hanging on the outside.

Upon hearing those two words, Yin didn't argue with the two of them any further. He ran straight to the inner chamber, where Qingyan rubbed her half-open eyes with her chubby little hands. He poured a cup of tea from the nearby octagonal table and helped Qingyan drink it slowly.

"Sweetie... It's still early, sleep a little longer!" Yin patiently coaxed Qingyan. He found that Qingyan didn't like to take a nap, so he could only let her take a nap once in the morning.

"Good morning kiss, Sisi!" As soon as Qingyan finished speaking, Yin leaned down and left a kiss on her round little forehead.

Qingyan was coaxed by Yin into crawling under the covers. Saito noticed the jade pendant tied to Qingyan's chest with a bright yellow silk thread, and his face turned purple. That jade pendant represented the identity of a royal heir; this little prince was still just a toddler, yet he was already planning for the future.

"Don't disturb her, go to the study!" Yin looked down at Qingyan, who was asleep, and then went into the study with Saito and Eshuo.

Both men were military officers and were not good at beating around the bush. Seeing Yin and Qingyan's intimate behavior, they both turned pale.

Yin had anticipated this scene. Fei Yanggu was unaware of their relationship, and he knew that Yin's days would become even more difficult.

"Fourth Prince, why is your jade pendant with your sister?" Qingyan's dependence on Yin made Saito jealous.

Qingyan often acted coquettishly towards the two brothers, her soft voice melting their hearts. Yin had only been at the residence for a few days, yet they already had nicknames for each other. They turned a blind eye to the little maid's disrespectful behavior towards the Fourth Prince, but Yin clearly sensed hostility from the two of them.

He couldn't help but smile bitterly. In his previous life, if they had lived until Qingyan's death, he, as an emperor, would probably have had his dignity trampled underfoot by the two of them.

“I gave it to her. I’ve said I’ve decided on her for life.” For Kangxi’s sake, Saito didn’t resort to violence directly, but Yin’s words touched a nerve with the two brothers.

The significant age difference between the three made the two men realize that if they used their hands, they would be in the wrong.

At this moment, Saito recalled Fuquan's instructions before they left: the Emperor hoped that the two brothers would teach Yin some buk-making skills during their time off. Saito revealed a strange smile that sent a chill down Yin's spine.

"Fourth Prince, Prince Yu mentioned that His Majesty hopes that my brother and I will teach you how to play the game of Buku when we are at the residence." Yin's hair stood on end, and the little devil in his heart began to growl. His own father was indeed unkind, using all his bad ideas on his son.

The two siscon brothers in front of him were clearly up to no good. He already lacked martial arts skills, and now that they were personally involved, he was guaranteed to get beaten up.

Hmph! He's going to write to his mother and ask her to teach his father a lesson. Qingyan replied: The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Following Qingyan's advice, he became a spoiled brat. But after his initial burst of ambition, the inner Emperor Yongzheng collapsed; he had been led astray by Qingyan again, becoming increasingly childish.

“Okay!” Yin Liangliang replied, and the competition between the three of them continued.
