Zhao Qingzhu nodded, then revealed a meaningful smile. She didn't speak, but just looked at the constables with an expression of watching a good show.
And so, Zhu Yunwen was dragged into the yamen by those constables. Although he wasn't allowed in through normal channels, he was still allowed in.
After Zhu Yunwen entered, he first looked around the government office. There weren't many people there, and they all seemed very cautious, as if they were afraid of offending someone in the office.

Zhu Yunwen saw all of this, and he was taken directly to the county government compound, placed on a bench, and prepared to be given a lesson on the board.
Zhao Qingzhu, who had accompanied them, had been waiting for Zhu Yunwen's hint.
To everyone's surprise, the constable wasn't in a hurry to beat Zhu Yunwen. Instead, he addressed the other civilians:
"You all see, from now on, when you come to the yamen to do business, you must first explain the reason and what you want to do. Otherwise, like this man, who makes trouble and causes trouble, this is the consequence."
As he spoke, he ordered two constables to attack Zhu Yunwen.
Zhu Yunwen then spoke:
"I seem to have said before that I came to see the magistrate. Doesn't that make my purpose clear?"
The constable stared at Zhu Yunwen and said:
"Who do you think you are? You keep asking to see our county magistrate? Do you know what the county magistrate's status is? He is a seventh-rank official in the imperial court!"
In our county, that's a powerful official, a local magistrate. Do you think a commoner like you can just see him whenever you want? You demand to see the magistrate and then say you shouldn't have been beaten?
