Chapter 25 A Slap and a Sweet Treat

Xu Wanying's nonchalant attitude further stung him, making him extremely unhappy, and he said even harsher things.

"Ah, fourth brother, you must not tell your third brother that there is already a misunderstanding between my husband and me. What if you make him have a bad impression of me as well!"

Xu Wanying's face showed panic, and her tone became fearful, making her look pitiful.

Go ahead and sue! Anyone who doesn't is a coward! Look how capable you are!

Jiang Jinyu thought she had given in, but a defiant voice followed, a stark contrast to her previous attitude.

Her eyes widened instantly, and she stared intently at Xu Wanying, demanding, "Third Sister-in-law, what do you mean?"

Before Xu Wanying could speak, Jiang Chengyi said smugly, "What else could it mean? Our third sister-in-law has backed down. It really only works if we bring out our third brother. Jiang Chengyi, standing beside him, continued her outburst, saying some rather harsh things.
