Hearing the concern in Huo Xi's voice, Huo Yuan sneered.
"Huo Xi, why are you so startled? Are you that excited about Yun Lian running away from home?"
"Second brother, stepmother is really a very good person. Last time she took me to the amusement park, she even saved a girl who was trying to commit suicide. Because of this, stepmother was in a coma for three whole days."

The two chatted and laughed, and soon arrived at the bar that Song Zhu had mentioned.
The lighting here is dim and not as noisy as a bar. The singers on stage are more like lovers whispering in each other's ears.

"Officer Song, do you usually come to this bar to drink tea?"
He's so funny.

"Officer Song, what do you do in your spare time? You're not on call all the time, are you?"
Song Zhu avoided the topic, instead looking at Yun Lian with great interest.
"And what about you, Miss Yun? What do you do in your free time? I come to a quiet bar to drink tea. You don't just sit and watch people drink at a bar, do you?"
Yun Lian smiled and said, "It's not just about watching people drink; it's also quite interesting to occasionally read their palms or touch their abs."
Song Zhu was taken aback by her bluntness, but burst into laughter once she recovered.
