In the cemetery at night, all sorts of ordinary sounds that are usually so commonplace now sound so incredible, as if they are echoing.
The strangely shaped tree branches, like the claws and bodies of monsters, cast terrifying shadows on the ground.
"Where?" Li Changzhou asked Yang Qinglan softly, preparing to deliver a fatal blow.
"have no idea."
Li Changzhou turned his head and looked intently at Yang Qinglan, who was examining the cemetery.
“The Shadow Cat followed me here and we lost contact, but I can sense that it’s still here,” Yang Qinglan replied.
"What do we do now?" Li Qianxia held a blood-red steel gun in her left hand and a Desert Eagle in her right, cautiously approaching her brother. She was afraid of ghosts.
Li Changzhou looked at Bi: "It's up to you, Your Highness."
"We need to dig up the grave..."
Before Li Qianxia could finish speaking, the Tsar's princess wrapped her little tongue around the lollipop and sucked on it slightly, making the sweetness in her mouth stronger. She then raised her hands slightly.
boom!
As if a tremendous gale had swept up from the ground, everything on the cemetery ground—tree branches, soil, tombstones, and gleaming stone crosses—was instantly lifted into the air.
Bi's golden hair flew in the wind, revealing her entire forehead, her lake-green eyes, and her youthful face, which at this moment exuded a dignified and unapproachable aura.
"winter!"
"winter!"
The sound of church bells rang out in the distance, and dozens of monks in robes, who were performing evening prayers in the choir, walked briskly toward them.
Bi's slender right arm swung to the right.
The air was filled with dirt, branches, tombstones, and crosses, which transformed into clusters of arrows that hurtled towards the monks.
Some of the monks possessed holy magic and were able to block the attacks.
The rest wouldn't. Even if they were hit by a shoveling of dirt as fast as an arrow, they would be sent flying, lying on the ground howling in agony.
"Hurry up!" Yang Qinglan said in a low voice.
Li Changzhou's gaze fell on a pine tree in the cemetery.
Whoosh! The pine tree was ignited by the heat vision, resembling a giant candle, with sparks dancing wildly in the night wind like fireflies.
He raised his hand, and flames rose into the air.
His five fingers suddenly clenched into a fist, which then exploded like flames and fireworks!
With a series of whooshing sounds, flames rained down on each of the graves that had been opened.
Soon, every grave burst into flames, hissing and crackling, with fire pits all around, making Li Changzhou and his companions feel as if they were standing on a burning honeycomb briquette.
After waiting for a while, no one came out.
"Not here?" Li Changzhou pondered for a moment, then tentatively asked, "Am I handsome?"
"ah!"
The four turned their heads and saw a half-rotten corpse crawling out of a grave behind them, its gums exposed, its whole body engulfed in flames, emitting a foul stench.
"Ah!" "Ah!"
Corpses crawled out of almost half of the graveyards.
Some were half-rotten, some were just bones, and some were not even complete bones. A pile of bones that couldn't even be pieced together into a human body rolled out.
Under Li Changzhou's will, the flames on these corpses flowed like liquid, igniting more pine trees around them.
An endless raging fire swept across the land, more like a raging wind than fire, blowing away all the rotting corpses and bones, turning them into pitch-black ash.
A king cobra slithered out from beside Li Changzhou, its forked tongue licking the air to prevent the corpse from releasing toxic gases after it was burned.
After the flames burned the corpses, they fell back into the graves where the bodies had not yet crawled out.
"Hmm—" Li Changzhou crossed his arms. "No."
"Heh heh, who said it was here?" Bi laughed mockingly, flicking her finger and sending a charging cultivator flying.
Yang Qinglan also fell into deep thought; no, she was sensing the exact location of the Shadow Cat.
The flames scorched the air, accompanied by occasional crackling sounds.
"In the name of the Lord!" came a deep, resonant voice from among the monks.
"The lewd will be devoured by ugly toads, and sucked blood by snakes and scorpions!"
“The miser will lie lifeless on a luxurious bed adorned with side pillars, becoming prey for a horde of devils who will tear out his infant-shaped soul from his dying mouth, preventing him from ever being reborn into eternal life!”
"Gluttons will tear one another apart, eating each other's blood and flesh, wrestling together in a disgusting manner!"
The monk would glance at the four people after each line he recited, and after three lines without any response, he grew anxious.
"The conceited one, a devil perched on his shoulder, gouging out her eyes with his claws!"
The monk was suddenly overjoyed.
Li Changzhou felt a little heavy on his back. A small, malevolent demon with goat horns and wings appeared out of nowhere and had somehow landed on his shoulder.
"Heheha!" With a sinister laugh, demonic claw-like hands reached for his eyes.
The pungent smell of sulfur filled my nose.
"elder brother!"
"Long day!"
Just as Li Qianxia and Yang Qinglan were about to lend a hand, Li Changzhou's eyes had already turned red...
But someone was faster than them, faster than Li Changzhou. The humanoid black mist made a move after a long time. She grabbed the little devil's head and pulled it off Li Changzhou's back.
"Ah!" the little devil screamed, kicking his legs desperately, as powerless as a radish.
The humanoid black mist acted like swallowing a sword, stuffing the little devil into its "mouth" with such force that one could almost hear the gurgling sound of swallowing.
“The lazy one…” The monk, who continued chanting the scriptures, looked at Li Changzhou in disbelief.
The demon has vanished?
The Seven Deadly Sins Demonic Arts are not about summoning demons, but about awakening the demons deep within a person's heart.
As long as the victim lives, the demon will not die.
