Jiang Lan frowned, her tone somewhat unfriendly, and said, "Mu Yao, how old are you? How can you be so insensible?"
"What's wrong with letting your cousin stay in one of your many rooms? Go back and study!"
Su Muyao walked away with a long face, rolling her eyes at Yan Ning before she left.
Yan Ning pretended not to see it, smiled faintly, and said, "Thank you, Auntie."
Jiang Lan narrowed her eyes and said with a smile, "Not at all, not at all. Tell your aunt about anything in the future, and I'll help you make decisions."
Jiang Lan turned her head, looked around, pointed to Aunt Chen who was sitting lazily in the corner, and said:
"Aunt Chen, could you please clean Mu Yao's walk-in closet again and decorate it nicely for Yan Ning to stay in?"
Aunt Chen immediately stood up and replied, "Okay, okay, I'll take care of it right away."
Jiang Lan paused for a moment, then continued, "Yan Ning has just arrived and doesn't know many things. You'll be responsible for teaching her basic etiquette."
Aunt Chen narrowed her eyes, a sly glint in them, and said with a smile:
"Yes, madam, I guarantee I will complete the mission."
Jiang Lan turned around and said softly, "Yan Ning, why don't you sit on the sofa for a while and wait for Aunt Chen to finish cleaning the room before going back to rest, okay?"
Yan Ning nodded gently, "Okay, Auntie, you go ahead and do your work. I'll wait here."
Jiang Lan walked away with a smile. Bai Yuzhen sat down next to Yan Ning. She looked around and, seeing that no one was around, said softly:
"Yan Ning, it seems the Su family isn't treating you very well. If you ever suffer any injustice in the future, you can come back to our Bai family. We will always be waiting for you."
Yan Ning smiled faintly, "It's alright. I'm just a daughter of the Su family. What do I have to be afraid of? If anyone bullies me, I'll repay them tenfold."
Bai Yuzhen lowered her eyes, pondered for a moment, and then said, "By the way, there's something I need to tell you."
Upon hearing this, Yan Ning became interested. "What is it?"
Bai Yuzhen continued, "A long time ago, Su Chengyue and the Xie family patriarch were close friends. They arranged a marriage between you and the eldest son of the Xie family when you were still children."
"So you now have a CEO fiancé named Xie Huaiye."
"Although this person is exceptionally handsome, he has a cold and ruthless personality. He took over the Xie family's business just one year ago, and the Xie family has risen rapidly, with their assets far exceeding those of the Su family."
Yan Ning casually said, "An arranged marriage between children shouldn't be a big deal, right?"

Xie Huaiye narrowed his eyes. His peach blossom eyes were deep and beautiful, with the corners slightly upturned. Below his high nose bridge, his thin lips were pursed.
He floored the accelerator and sped towards his villa.
The car arrived at his doorstep, and the security guard, beaming, immediately saluted him respectfully and said loudly:
"Welcome home, young master!"
Xie Huaiye didn't even glance at the security guard, and drove straight into his own garage with a throttle.
He turned off the engine and was about to get out of the car when his phone suddenly rang. It was his younger brother, Xie Zhuo, calling.
Xie Huaiye frowned, a hint of impatience on his face, and casually answered the phone, "What is it? What's up?"
Xie Zhuo's playful voice came from the other end of the phone:
"Brother, I have good news and bad news. Which do you want to hear first?"
Xie Huaiye pushed open the car door, stepped out of the Maserati, and casually remarked as he walked towards the villa:
"Stop with this nonsense and get to the point."
Xie Zhuo didn't care about her brother's attitude at all; her voice carried a hint of barely concealed excitement.
"The good news is that Dad has agreed to let us use that piece of land in Mexico to build a racetrack!"
"We can invite everyone to practice driving together then, it'll be so awesome!"
Upon hearing this news, Xie Huaiye was stunned, somewhat incredulous, and said:
"Really? The iron tree has bloomed? Didn't Dad absolutely refuse to let us play with cars before? Is there some kind of bargaining chip?"
Almost instantly, he realized what was happening and immediately asked:
So what's the bad news?
Xie Zhuo paused deliberately on the other end of the phone, creating a tense atmosphere, and continued:
"The bad news is that there are reliable sources saying that your childhood betrothed, the Su family's daughter who was stolen more than ten years ago, has suddenly been found."
"Brother, you're getting a fiancée!"
Xie Huaiye felt a buzzing in his head, his mind went blank for a moment, followed by a burning sensation.
Xie Zhuo continued rambling on, "So, do you want to know what your fiancée looks like, and whether she's pretty or not?"
Xie Huaiye frowned, his beautiful peach blossom eyes filled with hostility, and he said, suppressing his anger:
"Shut up! What fiancée I haven't seen in over a decade? I'm not marrying her!"
In the Su family's living room.
Aunt Chen came over and said, "Miss, the room is ready, you can check in now."
Bai Yuzhen stood up, waved to Yan Ning, and said, "I'll be going now. Bye-bye, Yan Ning. Contact me by phone if you need anything."
Yan Ning said goodbye to her and then followed Aunt Chen to her room.
Aunt Chen led her into the elevator and then pressed the button for the fourth floor.
The two quickly reached the fourth floor, walked down a corridor covered with a soft carpet, and stopped in front of a beige door.
