Chen Yu simply responded without turning her head. She opened the ward door and went out, only to bump into Chen Le, who was returning with a bag of food in his hand. He looked at Chen Yu, who was walking into the elevator with her head down, and grabbed her sleeve. "Chen Yu, aren't you looking down as you walk?"
"Uncle? When did you get back?"
Chen Le gently tapped Chen Yu's head and took her back to the ward. He had heard from Li Ziyun yesterday that Chen Yu liked fried chicken, so he went to KFC and bought her some. Chen Yan ate something lighter, with Li Ziyun cooking the food and some nourishing soup.

Shen Yan skillfully dialed Chen Kang's number, and the call was quickly connected. Shen Yan told Chen Kang his thoughts, which surprised Chen Kang. He knew that Shen Yan was sensible, but he did not expect him to be this sensible, choosing to take the initiative to hand over the letter of understanding.

Li Ziyun thought about it and went to the hospital anyway. She saw the three women downstairs again. She turned around and went in through another door. The security guard downstairs knew about them and wouldn't let her in no matter what she said.
"Xiao Jie's mom, is it really helpful for us to wait here instead of staying at the police station?"

"How come you were discharged from the hospital so quickly?" Chen Yu was a little surprised, but still stepped forward to take the bag.
“Those women are squatting downstairs again. If they don’t come back soon, they might cause a few more disturbances.”
Chen Yu found it amusing to hear Chen Le say this, especially considering the injuries on his face, which made it seem like he had some kind of romantic entanglement debt.
"Aunt Yun, Uncle wants to go upstairs."
Shen Yan's words were light and casual. Li Ziyun wanted Shen Yan to go to the balcony to sunbathe, but since Shen Yan said that, the two of them still helped him upstairs. Chen Le slumped on the sofa and played on his phone. Chen Yu was also bored and yawned before going upstairs to sleep. He passed by Shen Yan's room, and his door was not closed.
Li Ziyun stopped her, afraid she wouldn't hear Shen Yan calling for help. Shen Yan reached for paper and pen, and Chen Yu went in and got them for him.
"Thanks."
Shen Yan's voice was very soft, but Chen Yu still heard it clearly. She said no need and left, because she really couldn't bear to see Shen Yan's haggard face.
Li Ziyun called Chen Kang and told him to come home for dinner early. When Chen Kang answered the phone, he was already downstairs at his home. He was walking in a hurry, and the security guard didn't even get a chance to greet him.
Chen Kang opened the front door, looked around but didn't see Chen Yan. "Where is he?"
"Rest upstairs, hurry up and wash your hands before you eat."
Chen Kang nodded honestly. He went upstairs and saw the open door to Shen Yan's room. He went in and saw Shen Yan writing. "Why aren't you resting? What are you writing?" Chen Kang leaned closer and saw that he was writing a letter of understanding.
"Uncle Kang, take a look and see if this is written correctly. I copied it from the internet."
Chen Kang picked up the paper in front of Shen Yan, read it once, and nodded, "That's right, Shen Yan is really smart."
"No, Uncle Kang, here's the letter of understanding for you."
"Okay, time to eat."
Chen Kang put the letter of understanding into his briefcase. His original intention was to punish the children, but since Shen Yan had spoken up, he discussed it with Li Ziyun and decided to respect the children's opinion.
"Chen Le, get up quickly and help Shen Yan down to eat, and call Yu Yu while you're at it."
