Chen Yu followed Wang Yue's gaze and saw the two of them pulling and tugging at each other. She felt even worse and immediately turned her face away, saying, "Let them look for me, what does it have to do with me?"
Her tone was a little sour. Wang Yue and Jiang Yang exchanged a glance, both sensing that something was wrong with Chen Yu.
He looked at Ma Qi with a cold and indifferent expression, and removed her hand from his sleeve. "I really don't have time. I need to study."

The homeroom teacher ignored Ma Qi and told Shen Yan to hurry back to the classroom.

[Moon: So? Shall we go and cause trouble for Huang Maqi and Shen Yan?]

After discussing it, the two realized that Chen Yu's behavior during the summer vacation indicated that her feelings for Shen Yan had changed. Wang Yue pondered for a whole class period and finally confirmed one thing: it was love that had blossomed from hatred.

Her mood only calmed down after school ended, with Jiang Yang and Wang Yue walking beside her.
"Chen Yu, want to go online?" Jiang Yang couldn't stand Chen Yu's state any longer.
"No, I'm going home to study."
"Huh? Did I hear that right? You said you wanted to study."
Wang Yue stared at Chen Yu in disbelief, while Jiang Yang on the other side was also filled with disbelief. Had Chen Yu been possessed by an evil spirit all summer?
"No matter who you are, get off Chen Yu right now!"
Jiang Yang drew a symbol in the air that he himself didn't recognize, and then poked Chen Yu's head with his finger.
"Hey, stop fooling around. You have exams tomorrow, so don't go out to internet cafes. Go home and study."

She felt even more uncomfortable. Thinking about the messages Ma Qi had sent him and how he had come to class and been pulling and tugging at her, she realized that Shen Yan must have forgotten to go home and go out with Ma Qi.
As Chen Yu watched the time tick by, it was already past seven in the evening. She rubbed her empty stomach, took some money, went downstairs to the restaurant, ordered takeout, ate her fill, returned home, locked her bedroom door, put on her headphones, and started studying at her desk.
She tried to alleviate her discomfort in this way.
School.
Shen Yan was kept behind by his homeroom teacher to help organize the collected summer homework. The teacher also spoke to him at length about the downsides of dating nowadays.
At first, Shen Yan would obediently nod, but later he couldn't even be bothered to give a perfunctory reply.
His face was so black it looked like ink was about to seep out. The homeroom teacher glanced at the time and said, "Shen Yan, you should go back now, it's getting late."

After leaving school, Chen Yan rushed home. He checked his phone several times on the way. Chen Yu must be hungry at home at this time. Li Ziyun had sent him a message saying that she wouldn't be home for dinner tonight.
