"Miss Xia, it's good to be lenient when you can," said Teacher Li.
Ji Xiaoxiao didn't say anything, but instead slapped Teacher Li across the face.
"What are you doing?" Teacher Li shouted angrily, his cheek stinging. He subconsciously raised his hand, as if to teach this arrogant Ji Xiaoxiao a lesson.
Ji Xiaoxiao said innocently, "One should be lenient when possible, Teacher Li."
Teacher Li was caught in a dilemma, torn between two options. He pretended to be generous and not care, but his heart was filled with resentment. He would not be able to eat or sleep until he got his money back with interest. If he retaliated fiercely in front of the students and the principal, he would be contradicting himself.
“That classmate has already admitted that my Xia Xiu did nothing to her. You injured my Xia Xiu because of unfounded accusations. Don’t you have anything to say about it?”
"You want money?" the leader of the seven asked.
Ji Xiaoxiao shook her head, "I don't need money."
"If you don't want money, then what do you want?"
The leader held his head high, his expression arrogant, with an air of disdain.
"Xia Xiu," Ji Xiaoxiao suddenly called out.
"Sister." Xia Xiu stepped forward, carrying the drowsy little baby.
"Give me Xiaobao." Ji Xiaoxiao hugged the chubby dumpling Xia Xiu handed her before continuing, "Hit back the way they hit you."
Upon hearing this, the principal quickly said, "Miss Xia, this is not good, it won't do."
"No?" The last syllable lingered, carrying a sense of intimacy, like a whisper in someone's ear.
The principal paused for a moment, then said, "Of course not. Hitting people is wrong. As elders, we cannot allow the younger generation to go astray."
"The principal truly lives up to his title; every word he utters is thought-provoking."
Ji Xiaoxiao clapped her hands, and the harsh clapping sound rang out, causing everyone to frown.
"But, Principal, why didn't you stop them when they were ganging up on my Xia Xiu? Why did you wait until Xia Xiu got his revenge before showing up with that ridiculous teacher's air? Principal, did you think our Xia family was easy to bully because we are small in number?"
Ji Xiaoxiao's gaze was like a knife, chilling and possessing the sharpness of a metal object capable of cutting hair in an instant.
School speech.
"Xia Xiu, make your move," Ji Xiaoxiao said.
Xia Xiu walked step by step toward the seven boys, his handsome face expressionless, his feet landing steadily, making a series of clattering sounds.
"Principal, a good horse is ridden, and a kind person is bullied."
No matter how reasonable Ji Xiao's argument was, the principal would not tolerate anyone hitting someone in front of him. He took out his phone and sternly ordered security to come immediately.
"Miss Xia, please think carefully. Is it really a good idea to fight violence with violence and repay evil with evil? When will this cycle of revenge end? Can't you just endure it?"
Ji Xiaoxiao stared at the principal for a moment, then chuckled.
"You...you are simply unreasonable."
The principal had never seen a parent as impulsive, naive, and clueless about interpersonal relationships or principles of conduct as Ji Xiaoxiao.
"Is this some wild man who came out of some deep mountain forest?"
On this side, Xia Xiu stood straight in front of the seven boys.
"Xia Xiu, you dare to touch me? My dad is xxx."
"Xia Xiu, if you hit me, I'll make sure you get out of X City tomorrow."
...
The seven boys were boasting about their homes, and the principal was red-faced with embarrassment.
"Principal, the students you've taught are nothing special!"
Ji Xiaoxiao added fuel to the fire, making the raging flames even more intense.
Xia Xiu took a deep breath and slowly exhaled, his fair, jade-like hands clenched into fists.
"Stop!" Seeing Xia Xiu about to tie up one of the boys, Teacher Li's eyes widened in horror, and she screamed. Xia Xiu ignored her, only pausing in his actions.
With a snap, Xia Xiu's wrist was tightly gripped.
Xia Xiu glanced sideways and murmured, "Brother-in-law."
Lin Mu was covered in sweat and panting heavily, clearly having rushed over. He grabbed Xia Xiu's wrist, and his fair skin immediately turned red.
"Lin Mu, let go of my hand," Ji Xiaoxiao said coldly.
Lin Mu was utterly disappointed, his body swaying uncontrollably. "Xiao Xiu, how did you become like this? I don't remember ever teaching you to harm your classmates or disrespect your teachers."
"Get your filthy hands off him." What right does someone like him, who has schemed so hard to obtain his organs, have to joke with him? He's nothing but a beast in human clothing.
Xia Xiu's face was as cold as ice, and his rapidly beating chest was a sign of unease. In order to protect himself, Xia Xiu subtly mobilized his internal energy and pulled hard, pulling Lin Mu along, almost causing him to lose face and fall in front of everyone.
Ji Xiaoxiao stood in front of Xia Xiu at the right moment, her slender figure giving Xia Xiu a great sense of security.
"Sister," Xia Xiu called softly.
"It's fine."
Ji Xiaoxiao asked, "Lin Mu, what brings you here?"
At this moment, the usually well-behaved head teacher, Ms. Li, spoke up, "I called Mr. Lin to come over. You're a woman with long hair and short brains, good for nothing but causing trouble. When something like this happens, you always need a man by your side."
Upon hearing this, Ji Xiaoxiao understood.
"But when I took my child to school, I never mentioned Lin Mu, and he left me his phone number. Teacher Li, could you teach me your self-taught skills?"
Teacher Li suddenly realized that one wrong move could lead to total defeat.
"My... "
Since Teacher Li couldn't give a clear answer, Lin Mi naturally chimed in, "It's like this, Teacher Li and I are friends, and I only found out about Xia Xiu by mentioning him unintentionally."
"I see," Ji Xiaoxiao said to the principal. "Principal, is it considered 'selling out one's country' to casually disclose students' information to outsiders, like Teacher Li did?"
