"What nonsense are you talking about?"
Danzo's overly matter-of-fact words startled Tsunade, who was in a fit of rage. She subconsciously repeated them before realizing what he meant.
"Danzo, you beast! You killed Nawaki and used my grandfather's body for experiments. I will never let you get away with this today!"
"Go to hell!"
Tsunade grew increasingly enraged as she spoke. Her powerful, muscular legs slammed into the ground, shattering a large section of it. With a punch that moved with incredible force, she charged towards the culprits hiding behind the Root members.
Danzo wasn't afraid at all when he saw Tsunade rushing over. Instead, he sneered disdainfully a few times before giving the order: "Tsunade, you are obsessed with the power of the Hokage. You disregard the contributions I have made to Konoha as the Hokage and framed me. You even infiltrated the Root base and carried out a massacre!"
Today, as your elder, I'll properly teach you what it means to respect the elderly and honor the wise. Go! Unleash your ninjutsu!
Danzo remained calm in the face of the situation. He had already arranged for the base to be cleared out, and soon only the scrolls recording his secret contributions to Konoha as the Hokage's assistant would remain. Once he subdued Tsunade, everything would be fine.
Danzo's plan was brilliant; he thought that he could wear Tsunade down with the remaining hundred or so ninjas at the Root base.
However, Tsunade unleashing her full power greatly startled him. Using her superhuman strength and chakra-based scalpel techniques, Tsunade's charge was not hindered at all by the Root ninjas. Upon seeing Danzo, her killing intent surged, and she fought with extraordinary ferocity; the Root ninjas fell like wheat in swathes.
"Damn it, stop worrying about the base! Use all the secret techniques, ninjutsu, and explosive tags!"
Danzo, watching Tsunade's murderous gaze from afar, couldn't help but feel his calves tremble slightly. He had never seen such intense killing intent in all his years. Had he gone too far?
"Secret Technique: Insect Jade"
"Secret Technique: Shadow Manipulation"
"Secret Technique: The Art of Mind Transference"
Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
"Illusion Art: The Fox's Mind Technique"

Under Danzo's orders, the Root ninjas were given free rein, and even those who had been slacking off were forced to go all out. Although Tsunade was incredibly strong, she struggled to overcome the onslaught of explosive tags, genjutsu, fire release techniques, and ninja tools.
Despite her strong physique and the ability to block ninjutsu with her fists and feet, Tsunade still suffered some injuries. Her fair skin was covered with blisters and wounds, and more importantly, her unbridled charge was stopped!
"Give up, Tsunade. You can't get close to me. Besides, everything I've done is for Konoha. I have a clear conscience!"
Danzo remained as stubborn as ever. He looked at the Root ninjas who had suffered heavy casualties and was secretly alarmed. In a short period of time, nearly a hundred ninjas in this Root base had been killed or wounded.
"You all deserve to die!"
The enemy she hated most in this life was right in front of her, yet she couldn't get close. Seeing Danzo's smug look, Tsunade finally snapped.
"Yin Seal Release, Hundred Healings Technique!"
Tsunade activated the diamond-shaped curse mark on her forehead, and the strange curse mark spread out from it and quickly covered her entire body, healing her injuries almost instantly.
"I'm going to kill you today!"
Feeling the inexhaustible chakra within her body, Tsunade's killing intent intensified, and she clenched her fists to attack once more.
"Block her! Use every trick in the book!"
Tsunade's tyrannical expression, like that of a demon, made Danzo's heart tighten. He no longer cared about Tsunade's life and directly ordered the Root ninja to kill her. Then Danzo himself also used a powerful killing move.
"Wind Escape. Vacuum Jade"
A powerful, intense pressure swept across the area, causing everything to crumble and even injuring several Root ninjas.
"Earth Release: Mind Decapitation Technique"
"Lightning Escape. Earth Walk"
Fire Release: Great Fire Dragon Technique
The Root ninjas joined Danzo in attacking, using all sorts of ninjutsu and tools without restraint. However, neither Danzo's nor the Root ninjas' attacks were effective against the berserk Tsunade; she simply threw punches and charged forward.
Faced with that devastating punch, Danzo and his group's attack was like a child's sandcastle, collapsing with a single push, and the Root ninjas were reduced to pieces scattered all over the ground.
Just as Tsunade was about to break through the Root ninjas and reach Danzo Shimura, Danzo's left hand subconsciously touched his right hand, which was wrapped in bandages.
"Painful Feet"
Tsunade gathered chakra in her right foot and slammed it heavily into the ground, instantly splitting the earth open. A Root ninja attempting to attack from underground was instantly shattered, his body merging with the cracked ground. The powerful force caused the ground to continue cracking and spreading until it reached Danzo, while the Root ninjas in the middle were all thrown off balance by the changes in the ground.
"die!"
Ignoring the remaining Root ninjas who were staggering about, Tsunade quickly approached Danzo and, amidst the expectant gazes of some Root ninjas, unleashed a powerful punch towards Danzo's head.
"Water Escape: Water Severing Wave"
Just then, a clear stream of water silently pierced the air, heading straight for Tsunade's fist. This ninjutsu, though seemingly insignificant, posed a far greater threat to Tsunade than any of the previous attacks!
Continuing to attack would only result in her own arm being severed first, so Tsunade could only reluctantly withdraw her fist and retreat.
"who?!"
Tsunade frowned and glared angrily at the direction from which the attack came. The ninjutsu she had just used gave her a very bad feeling, an ominous sense of familiarity.
