“I’m glad to hear him say that, but I’m also ashamed.” Ji Yueyao gave a bitter smile and shook her head. “If it weren’t for me, it would still be energetic and conscious.”
“It’s not your fault. As he landed, a lot of slime poured down, and Ji Yueyao jumped back, narrowly dodging it.
At the same time, she also saw clearly what Hai was holding in his hand. The clump of slime seemed to contain... a child?
