Xiang Nanzhi was stunned for a moment. Her older brother was such a sweet and caring man. He should be the one to coax women, not the other way around.
Xiang Nanzhi couldn't even imagine how Su Lan would coax her older brother.
"Sister Su Lan, is it just because of this?"
"Also, he said he hopes I can decide as soon as possible whether or not I want to marry him."
"What's the meaning?"
He said, "Either we get married, or we break up."
As a member of the Xiang family, Xiang Nanzhi naturally hoped that his sister-in-law could marry into the family as soon as possible, but it was definitely inappropriate for her to interfere too much in such a major life event between the two of them.

He said he would break up with me and have no further involvement if I didn't agree to marriage, and he kept his word. That's his principle, and he won't break it for anyone.

Xiang Jing's eyes were bloodshot. The bar, a place teeming with all sorts of people, was still noisy. A few people stopped their entertainment and rushed over to watch.

Su Lan rushed over and grabbed Xiang Jingyi's arm, but the man shoved her away.
"Jingyi, Zhizhi is fine. I asked her to call you."
After walking a few steps, Xiang Jing turned back. Su Lan's eyes were red. "I wanted to see you, but you kept ignoring my calls. I had to ask Zhizhi for help. She didn't drink."
Su Lan didn't know what Xiang Nanzhi had said to him that caused such a strong reaction.
But Xiang Jingyi had never treated her like that before. "Zhizhi is fine. I let her go first."
Xiang Jingyi seemed to still doubt the truthfulness of her words, and his bloodshot eyes dimmed considerably. "Call her now."
Su Lan was stunned. He didn't believe her?
"Turn the music off. Turn it back on whenever you find Zhizhi."
"President Xiang asked us to turn off the music..."
The owner quickly winked at the staff, and the bar immediately fell silent. The bright lights and revelry continued, but the bar was as quiet as a ghost town.
Su Lan only wanted to see him once, she didn't expect it to cause such a big fuss.
She calmed down and called Xiang Nanzhi, who answered quickly. "Sister Su Lan, how are you?"
Xiang Jingyi finally breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you, Zhizhi."
Tears welled up in Su Lan's eyes. She hung up the phone, and Xiang Jingyi turned and left without looking at her.
He was terrified on the way here, fearing that his sister had been drugged or kidnapped...

Su Lan followed him out of the bar. Once outside, several bodyguards followed behind Xiang Jingyi, with Xiang Jingyi walking in front and Su Lan at the very back.
The man opened the car door to rent it, but Su Lan stopped him, "Jing Yi, let's talk."
