Chapter 8 I won't listen, I won't listen
Shi Nianzhi ignored him.
Mu Guangcheng tugged at his sleeve again, "How about it? Isn't it a great deal?"
"I have no money!"
"Impossible. Those sneakers you're wearing would cost at least five figures."
Shi Nianzhi looked at Mu Guangcheng, "You really were just trying to scam me out of my money!"
"Pshaw, do you think I need your little bit of money?"
Shi Nianzhi covered her ears, "I'm not listening."
Mu Guangcheng didn't say anything more. He lay on the table, twirling his pen in boredom.

Shi Nianzhi wanted to go to the restroom. Just as she stepped out of the classroom, Gu Yuanyuan and a group of people came from a distance.
They're obviously here to ambush him.
Shi Nianzhi stepped back, slunk back to his seat, and tugged at the sleeping school bully.
Mu Guangcheng raised his eyes, his gaze suddenly turning fierce. He wanted to see which ignorant person had disturbed his sleep.
Shi Nianzhi said softly, "Although I don't have any money, I can give you my shoes as collateral."

"You should be able to squeeze in a bit, deal."
"You said you'd protect me."
Shi Nianzhi glanced out the window. Gu Yuanyuan and his men, who knew the rules, did not enter the classroom but were squatting in the corridor waiting for Shi Nianzhi.
If Shi Nianzhi's guess is correct, they will come to every class from now on.
But he couldn't; he had drunk too much soy milk and needed to go to the toilet. He couldn't hold it in until the next class.
After the two changed their shoes, Mu Guangcheng stood up and pointed at Gu Yuanyuan at the door, "Was it him? Was he bullying you?"
Shi Nianzhi tugged at his sleeve, "Don't fight with him. I just need to go to the bathroom. I usually don't bother him at school."
Mu Guangcheng stood still.
Shi Nianzhi frowned and repeated, "I need to go to the toilet."
"I'll protect you. You've paid your protection fee, but there's still one more thing."
Shi Nianzhi thought for a moment and then spoke, "Boss!"
"Hey, follow behind me."
"Don't fight."
"Okay, I know. You talk too much nonsense."
Mu Guangcheng sprained his ankle. Although he can walk, he has a slight limp.
Shi Nianzhi followed Mu Guangcheng out.
Gu Yuanyuan immediately stepped forward, reaching out to grab Shi Nianzhi.
Mu Guangcheng grabbed his wrist, the boy's arrogant and cold voice saying, "Why are your hands so clumsy? Can't you see I'm protecting you?"
"Get out of my way, you cripple!"
"Who are you calling a cripple?!"
The two pushed and shoved each other, wrestling and fighting.
"Hurry up, all of you! Gu Yuanyuan dared to mess with our Brother Mu. Today, we'll teach this bastard a lesson!"
People from Muguang City rushed over upon hearing the news.
The chaotic atmosphere in the corridor ended when he was called to the dean's office.
Shi Nianzhi retreated to the back of the classroom, pressed against the wall, looking like he was wondering, "Who am I? Where am I?"
Didn't we agree not to fight?
Fortunately, he wasn't there, so we can't catch him.
Mu Guangcheng was honorably readmitted to the hospital.
Gu Yuanyuan was ordered to pay medical expenses because she initiated the physical altercation.
The radio station issued a notice of criticism and disciplinary action.
Shi Nianzhi felt that she had spent the day in fear and trepidation.
School's out.
He was stopped by Gu Yuanyuan at the school gate.
He ran very fast, but he still got caught.
Gu Yuanyuan grabbed him by the back of his collar. "I skipped a class just to catch you. Hey, you country bumpkin, what are you afraid of? I'm not going to bully you. Come here."
Gu Yuanyuan turned Shi Nianzhi around and gave her a disdainful look.
He took a train ticket out of his pocket and stuffed it into Shi Nianzhi's hand. "My Uncle Lu arranged for me to come. He asked me to give this to you."
