Gu Yuanyuan fell at the corner of the stairs, hitting his forehead on a sharp part of the staircase and getting injured.
Although Gu Yuanyuan covered his face with his hand, blood was still seeping out from between his fingers, and several bloody streaks rolled down one side of his face.
He was kneeling on the ground, his arms supporting him on the floor, his back hunched over, looking like he was seriously injured.
Shi Nianzhi was terrified. "Brother Yi, it seems you've gotten yourself into trouble."
As soon as he finished speaking, he saw Su Heng walk down the street and come to Gu Yuanyuan's side.
