“My brother wants to thank you. So he’s treating today.” An He said, handing the menu to Lian Han and the other two. “You guys can order whatever you want. We’re going to have to really bleed him dry today.”
Lian Han glanced at An He suspiciously, not quite believing her words, but she also knew that if she asked any further, things would get awkward, so she looked down at the menu and ordered three dishes according to her own preferences.
"Let me introduce myself. I am Anhe's older brother, Amber Lance. Next to me is Xiaohan's older brother, Ling Xin. These two are Li Yingmo and Qianya."
An He smiled and said, "Lian Han, Zong Jingyuan, and Ye Ying."
After the introductions, Qianya looked at Lianhan with a beaming smile, "I heard that Miss gave Bingmo another beating?"
Lian Han raised an eyebrow. "What? You want to settle scores?"
Qianya smiled and said, "You misunderstand. The fault lies with us. I just wanted to remind you that Bingmo did not come to the Federation alone this time. Every prince of the Ice Clan, that is, the Ice Prince, represents the glory of a branch. There are also people from Bingmo's branch who came this time."
"so what?"
"You understand what I mean." Just then, the waiter brought the food, and Qianya smiled, "The food is served, that's really fast. This is my first time at Yizhen Pavilion."
Lian Han glanced at him but didn't say anything.
"Let's get started. We can talk about everything later," Amber said with a smile.
Everyone picked up their utensils one after another, but because they were all unfamiliar with each other, even Han and the others were much more reserved than before. Even An He sensed something was wrong, his gaze occasionally falling on Qianya, but he looked more at his older brother with a questioning look.
She immediately brought up matters concerning the Ice Clan; she didn't believe Qianya had no connection to them!
After the meal, Uncle An extended an invitation to go shopping at Shengqin Mall. An He and the others accepted one after another, but Lian Han was intercepted by Ling Xin, who said that he had something to take care of.
The bystanders weren't oblivious; they could tell that Li Yingmo and Qianya were both after Lian Han, but since Ling's elder brother was there, they didn't stop them. So in the end, only Uncle An and An He went shopping.
Once they were alone in the private room, Qianya said, "How about we make a deal? Miss, do us a favor, and I guarantee the Ice Clan won't interfere, even if it results in someone dying."
Even if it results in someone's death? The private room fell silent. Ling Xin frowned, "By what capacity do you speak like this?"
"The First Palace of the Ice Clan".
Before anyone could react, the old man was shocked: "[The Ice Clan actually made a human their First Ice Temple? Have they gone mad?]"
Let me explain.
[If nothing unexpected happens, the First Ice Palace will become the next patriarch of the Ice Clan.]
Lian Han: ...
So Qianya saw that while Ling Xin was still full of doubt, Lian Han looked at him with surprise. Did she know what the First Ice Palace meant?
Lian Han's surprise quickly turned into calm. "What deal?"
Qianya spoke with a serious expression, but his words caused Lian Han and Ling Xin's expressions to change: "May I borrow your eyes?"
"Reason?" Lian Han asked before Ling Xin could.
"If Miss agrees, we can discuss this in detail."
Lian Han blinked, her dark eyes flashing with a strange light. Unexpectedly, she saw nothing on Qian Ya.
Of course, it couldn't be that the magic had failed him last night. Seeing Qianya smiling at her, even Lian Han knew there was something strange about him, yet she was unwilling to give up. Suddenly, her gaze shifted and landed on Li Yingmo beside her.
Before Li Yingmo could react, Qianya's expression changed. Lian Han, however, had already withdrawn his gaze. "I understand."
"You're quite clever," Qianya said with a complicated expression. "How about this deal?"
“Ice Armor, Demon Soul Crystal, Nuohe Water…” Li Yingmo didn’t think much of it at first, but as she read out each word, her expression changed.
These were their bottom lines, how did she know?
Qianya gave him a reassuring look, "These are all fine."
Lian Han smiled and said, "Let me finish. There's no need for the Nuo River water, but I'm quite interested in the ice crystals."
Qianya's gaze shifted for a moment, then returned to normal. "You know a lot about the Ice Clan?"
"So-so."
"If it were anyone else who dared to ask for the ice crystals, I would have left by now."
"I know," Lian Han nodded. According to Old Man Xing, the ice crystals had already reached the core of the Ice Clan.
Give me a reason.
“The little guy is very close to you.” Lian Han smiled and pointed to his shoulder.
Qianya looked at his left shoulder in confusion, then his body stiffened. A small, dark green scorpion had somehow crawled onto his shoulder, its chilling tail swaying as if it might fall at any moment.
This could kill him! Sensing the danger, Qianya lowered his voice, "Get him away."
“But he’s close to you.” Lian Han’s tone was quite innocent.
Ling Xin frowned. "Why did you bring him here?"
He originally had no problem with Lian Han's pets, at most just thinking there were a few too many. But not long ago, after failing to intercept an eavesdropper, this little scorpion, probably enraged, poisoned all the flowers on the balcony.
That wasn't just ordinary poisoning; the entire flower withered and died, and even the flowerpot and the soil inside were contaminated with the deadly poison!
"What is this?" Li Yingmo was to Qianya's left. He frowned as he looked at the small, dark green scorpion.
This thing is dangerous.
"pet."
"So? Is this Miss's reason?" Qianya calmed down. She couldn't possibly kill him; at most, she could only threaten him.
"This little guy has a companion, an ice-type. Ice crystals are perfect for him to play with. It's a pity I didn't bring him out today, so this little guy will have to ask you for them."
Qianya: "...I'll switch."
