Chapter 80 Chronicle of Encounters

Chapter 80 Chronicle of Encounters

"Bear?"

Upon hearing that Su Pu had gone mad, Su Hui hurriedly bought the next available flight back to China, eager to see the mute man's mentally challenged state.

Su Pu was dumbfounded. Now he was completely useless, wasn't he?

No matter how nice Li Jichuan's words are, he wouldn't want to sleep with an idiot, right?

Ha ha ha ha!

Su Huile walked out of the terminal building with a smug look on her face, but the next second, someone covered her mouth and eyes and stuffed her into a car parked next to her.

Su was terrified, feeling as if the car kept driving and circling, but showed no sign of stopping.

Where are they taking him?

Do you even know who he is? You dare to kidnap him! He's a relative of the Li family!

Out of terror, Su Hui kicked wildly and slammed her feet against the car door.

"Behave yourself!"

The fist seemed to come from the direction of the passenger seat, landing straight on his stomach, causing Su to groan in pain.

Immediately afterwards, he was punched several more times in the stomach, causing acid to rise to his head, but his mouth was blocked, so he could only let the sour and bitter liquid continue to ferment in his mouth and esophagus.

I was completely dizzy and disoriented.

After a long time, his blindfold was removed, and the bandage binding his mouth was finally loosened.

It was pitch black all around, with only the headlights providing illumination.

Anderson and John stood with their backs to the light, watching him squint from the car headlights.

“When we last met, I remember telling you not to mess with Su Pu again, otherwise…”

Su vomited for a while, her stomach still churning.

"I... I didn't do anything to him..."

This time he didn't take any action; he just filmed a video.

John strode forward, kicked Su Hui in the chin, and cursed.

“We don’t want to argue with you. Li Jichuan wants you to think carefully about whether you ever saw Su Pu holding a teddy bear when you were a child,” Anderson said.

Su Hui lay on the ground panting, inhaling dust, and then coughed violently.

"How could I possibly remember, cough cough, his toys?"

Su spoke haltingly, her brows furrowing in frustration.

"I can't remember? Okay, I'll help you..."

Anderson climbed into the car and started the engine. John stepped back a few paces and stood outside the headlights on the front of the car.

With a throttle input, the SUV charged straight toward Su Hui.

"Aaaaaah!"

Su Hui originally thought they were just angry and wanted to teach him a lesson, just like last time; they couldn't possibly kill him.

Unexpectedly, judging from this, Anderson really intends to destroy him.

Indeed, this is deep in the mountains, with no surveillance cameras, and he secretly fled back to China. Even if he died here, no one would find out for a while...

Su Hui was terrified, his brain instinctively working at high speed, and it actually reminded him of Su Pu's toy.

"I...I...I understand, a white bear, a white bear!"

He shouted, but the car didn't slow down and continued to approach him.

"Are you guys fucking crazy? I told you I remembered!"

The car came to a stop just centimeters from Su Hui's face.

Anderson sat in the car and poked his head out.

"Just say it, that's all..."

Su Hui trembled and shuffled back a short distance.

"The first time we met, Su Pu had a plush bear by his bedside. He and his mother were taken to the hospital together, and my dad and I rushed over to see them..."

In fact, Su Pu only had one toy, so it's not hard to recall it.

"Later, he transferred to another high school and stayed at my house for a while. My dad saw that he still slept with a plush toy and said that it wasn't manly enough, so he threw it away..."

The reason he still remembered was simply because the mute girl cried terribly when her polite refusal was rejected. She skipped dinner and went to rummage through the trash cans, even going to the garbage transfer station in the middle of the night.

Later, the station staff discovered that Su Pu had been taken home by Su Fengxian, and then he was severely beaten.

Su Hui nodded. "That's all I know. Can you let me go now?"

The person on the other end of the phone grunted in response. Anderson looked at John and said, "That's it for tonight."

"Fine, you can go now!"

Anderson agreed to meet with Su.

Having regained her freedom, Su Hui used her hands to push herself up, staggered to her feet, and tried to get into the car.

Anderson, however, drove the car backwards continuously.

Su was stunned. "What's wrong? Didn't we already say we've already fought? Aren't you satisfied yet?"

"You really want to kill me?"

Anderson laughed absurdly. "No, not at all."

John yawned and curled up in the car seat to sleep.

"We're leaving now, you can take your time strolling around." Anderson whistled at him, smoothly turned the SUV around, and glided out of Su Hui's reach.

"Why----"

Su Hui, covered in dust and dirt, chased after them for a few steps before collapsing to the ground, exhausted.

He reached into his pocket.

Damn, when did his phone get taken?!

...

After hanging up the phone, Li Jichuan couldn't help but hold Su Pu's hand.

This person is still soft-hearted; when asleep, they can let anyone hold their hand without any precautions.

Li Jichuan chuckled lightly. Whether she was gentle or forceful, Su Pu was destined to be his partner.

All these experiences seemed to be the shackles of fate.

"It's okay if you forget me."

Li Jichuan took that hand, brought it to his lips, and gently kissed it.

"Xiao Pu, forget about me, and let's get to know each other again."

"Hi, hello, my name is Li Jichuan. No matter what, in the past, present or future, I will always be your husband."

I will always love you.
