"Who are you? I don't know you?" I asked, trying to sound calm.
"Don't you know who you've offended?" he roared, kicking the car door with a vengeance.
"Who did I offend?" I pressed.
"Don't you know who you hit?" he growled through gritted teeth.

Immediately afterwards, he swung a baseball bat and smashed it hard against the car door.
