Chapter 75 Relationship Improves
Back in his room, Shen Jiheng locked the door, a move that made Han Xi more vigilant.
"I've already come back with you, what else do you want?"
"Don't overreact, I'm just grabbing something."
Shen Jiheng took his phone out of her bag and handed it to her.
Han Xi looked at him in confusion, and Shen Jiheng said calmly, "Have you forgotten something? You should have gotten me out of the dark room. Now we live under the same roof. Do you want me to knock on the door if I need anything, or communicate by sending a message?"
Since they've all moved back in, there will definitely be a lot of communication going on. If Han Xi still blocks him, Shen Jiheng will have no choice but to come to him for help in the future, which will be troublesome.
Han Xi said coldly, "I know, I'll let you out now."

After settling Han Xi in, Shen Jiheng returned to the company to handle some business. Qin Chuan saw him beaming with joy, so it seemed something good was about to happen.

Shen Jiheng looked up and froze for two seconds, as if he was thinking about the question.
Before Qin Chuan could figure out his change, he asked, "Go to the office and ask those new mothers what they like to eat during their pregnancy, or what they might like to eat."
Qin Chuan's eyes widened with excitement, his face beaming with joy, even more so than if he had his own child.
Shen Jiheng punched him lightly, saying unhappily, "Your reaction is too much. What's it to you?"
"President, I'm so happy for you! Now we can finally keep Madam here."
Shen Jiheng's face darkened. This woman was far more ruthless than he had imagined, showing no sign that she wanted to stay.
Qin Chuan saw his expression change but didn't say anything more.
"Then I'll go find out and get back to you." With that, he wisely withdrew.
Shen Jiheng clenched his fists; he wouldn't let Han Xi escape from his side.
In the evening, Shen Jiheng bought a lot of fruit, as well as some dried fruit and desserts. In short, he bought everything that Qin Chuan had inquired about.
