Chapter Sixty-Four: Wolf Kui Lies

Anyway, she already has a little wolf cub, so having another silly big boy wouldn't be a big deal.

Lin Xia has always been the most open-minded.

"Holy crap!" Su Jianyuan couldn't help but swear, then looked at Su Guodong, "Father, you've become a dad, how does it feel?"

"You brat, no one will think you're mute if you don't speak!" Su Guodong glared at his son angrily.

He breathed a sigh of relief. Thank goodness, having an extra godson is more acceptable than having an extra son-in-law.

Daqing stared blankly, "I...I have a home?!"

He could hardly believe his ears.

He had forgotten what home was ever since the only old orc he knew died when he was five.

Su Tang patted his arm. "You can refuse if you're not willing. My mother doesn't like forcing people to do things against their will."

"I'm willing! I'm willing!" Daqing nodded quickly, afraid that Lin Xia would change her mind.

The gray wolf leader's face darkened. He finally understood why Su Tang was so unreasonable. She was crazy, and her mother was an old madwoman!

Not a single one of these orcs is normal!

"Have you thought this through? Don't regret it," the gray wolf leader said coldly.

"Don't worry, Chief, we don't go back on our word like you do." Su Tang's face was respectful, but her words were laced with sarcasm.

The gray wolf leader almost vomited blood upon hearing this.

This sharp-tongued female is actually indirectly insulting me!

Su Tang immediately started packing her things with everyone, preparing to leave.

Even though they left, they would never leave a single thing for the gray wolf orcs; if they did leave anything behind, they would smash and burn it.

Watching the actions of the group, the gray wolf orc showed no sign of smugness.

Even though they had already driven the wandering orcs away, they still felt a strange sense of frustration.

Only Wolfman was overjoyed; the little vixen was finally leaving!

If she goes into the forest, she will only die faster.

Without her bothering Lang Kui, he will soon forget about her.

Not to mention that Lang Kui was already very popular with females, now that he has found that kind of thing, even the chief is looking at him with new respect. Finding an even better female, mating, and having cubs would be a piece of cake.

With Lang Kui around, the orcs in the tribe will never have to worry about food again. Not to mention the males, which female wouldn't look up to her?

Wolfman could already imagine the scene of being admired by others in the future.

She almost couldn't help but laugh.

Just then, a gray figure rushed out of the woods.

"Wait! Chief, don't send them away!"

The gray wolf leader looked at the newcomer, Wolf Kui in his beast form, and asked, "Wolf Kui, what do you mean by this?"

Wolf Kui transformed into human form, immediately knelt on the ground, and said to the gray wolf leader:

"Chief, this is a misunderstanding. That wandering orc did not harm me, nor would he harm any of the tribe's orcs. Please, chief, do not send them away. They will die if they leave here."

The gray wolf leader frowned, looked at Wolfman, and said with some displeasure, "Wolfman, what exactly is going on? This is not what you told me!"

He just didn't want anything to happen to Wolf Kui. If this was only Wolf Man's idea, he wouldn't have come.

Wolfman was also completely baffled; she had no idea either!

"My son, that's exactly what you told your mother yesterday, isn't it? How come it wasn't him who hit you?"

Wolfman was extremely anxious. She had finally managed to drive that little bitch away, and even if it wasn't her, she couldn't let anything go wrong!

She suddenly thought of something and grabbed Lang Kui's arm, saying:

"Did this wandering orc threaten you? Don't be afraid, the chieftain has your back. He won't have a chance to be arrogant again!"

Lang Kui shook his head. "No, Mother, he didn't threaten me. I'm telling the truth. It's a misunderstanding."

Wolfman looked puzzled. "But what you clearly said yesterday was..."

Before he could finish speaking, Lang Kui interrupted him.

"Mother, you misheard me yesterday. I said this injury was from hunting, and it has nothing to do with Atang and the others. How could you..."

Wolf Kui sighed as he spoke, then turned to look at the gray wolf leader.

"Chief, I'm sorry, please retract your decision."

The gray wolf leader looked displeased and roared:

"This is utter nonsense! How can you spout such nonsense? Wolfman, don't let me see this again! Otherwise, even if you are female, you will be severely punished!"

Wolfman and Su Tang have always been at odds, and the Gray Wolf leader assumed that Wolfman was deliberately using this as an excuse to drive Su Tang away.

After the leader of the gray wolves finished speaking, he was too embarrassed to talk to Su Tang anymore, so he left with his men with a stern face.

He was so embarrassed after the argument with Su Tang's family.

Wolfman watched the gray wolf leader's retreating figure, feeling utterly wronged!

She was clearly telling the truth, so why was the leader angry with her?

Wolfman wanted to say something, but Wolf Kui grabbed him and shook his head, saying:

"Mother, you go back first. I'll be back soon and won't stay long."

Wolf Kui's status is different now; even the leader gives him some face, so how could Wolf Man not listen to him?

She could only say reluctantly, "Alright, then Mother will go back first. Be careful, don't get involved with Xiao... and Atang again, and come back soon."

Wolf Kui repeatedly assured that he would only say a few words before Wolf Man left.

Su Tang looked at Lang Kui with a strange expression, wondering what kind of act this guy was putting on now.

Seeing him stay, Su Jianyuan angrily stopped him, "You brat, you dare to show your face in front of me again? Believe me or not, I'll beat you to a pulp!"

Don't think that just because you've called the leader of the gray wolves away, this matter will be over.

When Lang Kui saw his fist coming, he quickly dodged it without fighting back, but simply created some distance and looked at Su Tang.

"A-Tang, I was wrong last time. I didn't know my mother would bring the chief here without telling me. I'm sorry, please don't be angry with me."

Su Tang looked distant and said coldly, "I never get angry with unimportant orcs."

Lang Kui was speechless for a moment. Seeing Su Tang's cold face, he had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue:

"I won't let the chief make things difficult for you anymore. You can stay here. The forest is dangerous; females can die at any time if they go deep into the forest."

Su Tang squinted, looking at Lang Kui with a probing gaze.

Trying to read something from his face.

"Why did you lie just now, telling Wolfman and the chief that your injuries were from hunting?" Su Tang suddenly asked.

He felt that Lang Kui's transformation was simply too great.

Given the obsession she had seen in Lang Kui, if he wanted to take advantage of the leader to do something, he could do it easily and there was no need for him to lie.

"I... Ah Tang, actually that day..." Lang Kui paused, then suddenly swayed, and the veins on his forehead bulged.

He suddenly turned his back, transformed into a gray wolf, and quickly left.

He left only one sentence in haste before leaving.

"Anyway, I'm doing this for your own good, don't go to the forest..."

Before Su Jianyuan and Da Qing could stop him, Gray Wolf's figure had already disappeared from everyone's sight.
