Chapter 4 A money-losing product is not fit for public display

"Bang…"

Grandmother was walking in front, completely unprepared for Zhiyin to suddenly close the door, and almost bumped into it hard.

He was so frightened that his face turned pale, and it took him a long time to calm his wildly beating heart.

Enraged, she forgot all about her precious grandson getting beaten and started cursing, "Zhiyin, you little slut, do you want to die? Why are you locking us out in the middle of winter?"

"Let us in, we want to warm ourselves by the fire."

As she spoke, she couldn't help but shrink back, wringing her hands incessantly, her anger reaching its peak.

"Bang bang bang... Open the door! Zhiyin, are you even human? You're worse than an animal! How could you treat us like this?"

My aunt and uncle were also furious and kicked the door together.

The door was kicked loudly, as if it were about to fall down.

"Hehe, don't you guys like watching snow? Just wait outside. Come in whenever Zhi Zhaodi comes back!"

Zhiyin laughed like a cat that had stolen cream, feeling relieved. If possible, she would like to let them experience what it feels like to kneel in the snow, shivering from the cold, dressed in thin clothes!

Grandfather was furious and pointed at Zhiyin's nose, about to say something, but he couldn't catch his breath and fainted.

Zhiyin almost burst out laughing, "Tsk... how fragile she really is..."

She glanced at it dismissively with a smug look, then looked away, completely unconcerned, since she wasn't going to die anyway.

Seeing Yao Yulin anxiously preparing to pinch her grandfather's philtrum, she quickly said, "Mom, could you please make me a bowl of ginger water and get me something to eat? I'm so hungry!"

"Sigh, okay, okay..."

When Yao Yulin saw Zhiyin's pitiful eyes filled with tears, she felt extremely sorry for her and hurriedly went to the kitchen to help.

Zhihua's big eyes darted around, and she immediately went to her aunt's room to find a cotton-padded coat to change into first, and then gave it to Zhiyin.

"Sister, get dressed."

Zhiyin gently patted her head. "You're such a good girl when you draw. Are you feeling unwell?"

She asked with concern.

Zhihua obediently shook her head, "No, I'm dressed a little warmer than you."

Zhiyin was relieved, but when she saw Zhifu crying with snot and tears streaming down his face, she was extremely disgusted.

Without any hesitation, he delivered a sharp palm strike to the neck, knocking him unconscious, before finally starting to put on his clothes.

At the same time, I couldn't help but sigh that it was fortunate that Zhifu was only 6 years old, not too old, otherwise, with his fat body like a pig, I really might not be able to carry him.

Hearing the constant clattering and cursing outside the door, Zhiyin paid no attention and pretended not to hear it.

Feeling the warmth returning to her body, she finally felt alive again.

Damn, she's never suffered like this before!

This family is awful!

She took the ginger water that Yao Yulin handed her and drank it, and only then did she feel some relief from the pain in her head.

He lowered his eyes and began to think. He knew he had to teach these bastards a lesson!

She couldn't stand this humiliation.

Lost in thought, she drifted off to sleep.

She only opened her eyes when she heard the door being kicked open again, accompanied by angry shouts.

"You brat, open the door now! Doctor Li is here, do you want him to treat you? I'm freezing to death! Are you trying to kill me?"

"What a shameless girl..."

Grandmother kept cursing and swearing, but her voice was starting to get weaker.

"Mother, this wretched girl has gone too far. We must teach her a lesson when we go in."

Although my uncle and aunt were dressed in many layers, they couldn't stand outside in the cold wind for long. They were both shivering and their teeth were chattering.

At the same time, my aunt felt a strange sense of relief, thankfully her precious son wasn't suffering with them outside.

Zhiyin raised an eyebrow, surprised that her grandmother was still so energetic; it seemed she hadn't been cold enough.

"Really? I didn't hear Zhi Zhaodi's voice?"

Upon hearing this, the eldest aunt immediately kicked Zhi Zhaodi hard, "Aren't you going to tell that good-for-nothing inside that you're here? I'd rather raise a pig than you, you're so stupid, you can't even do this?"

Zhi Zhaodi's eyes were filled with resentment, but she didn't dare to delay. She staggered forward and knocked on the door, her voice deliberately becoming much gentler, as if coaxing, "Cousin, Doctor Li is here, please open the door quickly!"

Dr. Li was an old man of about 50 years old, but despite his age, he was very energetic and his hair was completely black.

He lived in Xinghe Village and was the only barefoot doctor in the village, so people would go to him for any minor illness.

Therefore, he knew the situation in the village almost inside and out.

He had found it strange before, wondering how such a stingy family could possibly hire a doctor for a little girl.

It really is like the sun rising in the west.

Seeing this scene now, I felt a sense of novelty, and finally understood what was going on.

Looking at his grandmother and aunts with their eyelashes covered in snow, he couldn't help but want to laugh.

Upon hearing Zhi Zhaodi's voice, Zhiyin thought for a moment before opening the door.

After all, no matter how cold-hearted her grandmother and aunt were, they still had their pride and wouldn't cause trouble for Dr. Li in front of him.

Sure enough, her grandmother and aunts, who had been fierce-looking, only glared at her before stiffly rushing to the stove and starting to rub their hands together to warm themselves by the fire.

When they saw Zhifu and his grandfather lying unconscious to the side, a flash of hatred crossed the faces of both the grandmother and the eldest aunt. However, after glancing at Doctor Li, they managed to suppress their anger.
