Chapter 119 A Series of Ghost Stories

I don't understand myself why I can see this dirty thing, but Uncle Huang can't.

Could it be because I cultivated the Three Pure Ones Supreme Technique?

Also, when we were talking, the skinny old man seemed not to hear us at all. After entering the villa, he just lay down on the rocking chair by himself.

"Brother Changming, what should we do now?"

Uncle Huang was standing close to me, and I could feel his whole body trembling.

"I'll try to talk to him and see why he's bothering you." He patted Uncle Huang on the shoulder, stood up, and walked directly towards the rocking chair.

I was very calm and slowly walked towards the old man in the rocking chair. When I got to his side, I said softly, "Grandpa, can we talk?"

The thin old man in the rocking chair seemed not to have heard me at all, patting his thigh with his hand and looking completely relaxed.

I waved my hand in front of the old man's face and said again, "Grandpa, can you hear me?"

The old man still didn't answer, remaining quietly lying in the rocking chair with a calm expression.

I frowned. Could it be that this old man doesn't understand me?

I secretly took out a manifestation talisman and silently stuck it on the old man's shoulder. The old man's body quickly appeared.

"A ghost!"

Just then, Uncle Huang suddenly jumped up, startled, and hid behind the sofa.

Fearing that Uncle Huang might be frightened into something bad, I quickly went over to comfort him, saying, "Uncle Huang, don't worry, I'm here, everything will be alright."

“I…I saw him,” Uncle Huang said in a trembling voice, pointing in the direction of the rocking chair.

Just then, the old man lying in the rocking chair suddenly sat up and looked in our direction with a puzzled expression.

"Ah!" Uncle Huang was startled again and quickly hid.

I shook my head, patted Uncle Huang on the shoulder, and comforted him, "Uncle Huang, if you're scared, just close your eyes. I'll go talk to him, and I'll make sure you're alright."

"Brother Changming, you must keep me safe." Uncle Huang held my hand tightly.

“I promise you’ll be fine. Close your eyes, or go back inside. I’ll go talk to him and persuade him to stop bothering you.” I patted Uncle Huang on the shoulder to comfort him.

As expected, the richer you are, the more afraid you are of death. Apart from not having eyeballs, this filthy old man is almost the same as he was in life. Compared to the terrifying filthy things he has seen, he is simply too cute.

"Okay, okay, I'll close my eyes." Uncle Huang nodded repeatedly and then closed his eyes.

I went to the rocking chair and said, "Grandpa, can we have a chat now?"

"You can see me?" the old man asked, his voice ethereal yet hoarse.

“I can see it,” I said, pointing to the old man’s eye socket. “You don’t have eyeballs.”

"Then why aren't you afraid of me?" the old man asked curiously.

"I've seen far more terrifying things than you."

"Oh!" the old man said, and lay back down in his rocking chair.

"Grandpa, can I talk to you about something?" I pulled up a chair, sat down next to the old man, and asked.

"What's up?"

"I'll send you to be reincarnated so you can start anew as soon as possible," I said slowly.

"No, this is my home, I'm not going anywhere."

I frowned. Another unreasonable old man?

"This is now Uncle Huang's home. Your presence has already affected his life. Please leave."

"Bullshit! That old bastard built the house on my grave. This place originally belonged to me." The old man suddenly sat up from his rocking chair, his voice shrill.

"Then tell me where your grave is? I'll find someone to move it for you."

It was indeed inappropriate for Uncle Huang to build his house on someone's grave. Helping the old man move the grave is perfectly reasonable, and I believe Uncle Huang wouldn't say anything about it.

"Hmph, why should I move out? If anyone should move out, it should be him," the old man said loudly.

"Before this commotion, all those graves should have been moved. Why is your grave still here?"

Before any project begins, if there are graves, the descendants are usually notified to move them. It's just strange that this old man's grave is still here.

"Mind your own business, I'm not leaving now."

"If I'm not mistaken, you probably have no descendants, only a lonely grave left, right?"

"So what if I am? I was here first, why should I move out?"

I frowned, and my voice gradually turned cold as I said, "I'm offering to help you move your grave out of kindness. If you don't agree, don't blame me for being impolite."

"Hmph, I'm a ghost, why would I be afraid of you? That old man invited a master back before, but I didn't take him seriously at all," the old man sneered, mocking him.

I shook my head, flicked my wrist, and stuck a ghost-fixing talisman onto the old man's body, saying calmly, "So now? Are you scared?"

"What did you do to me?" the old man screamed.

"It's nothing. To tell you the truth, a brat like you is easy for me to kill. However, I don't want to commit too many murders. If you're willing to leave, I can let you go." I clapped my hands and said softly.

"Hmph, you're just putting on an act. If you really had the ability to kill me, why would you waste so much breath on me?"

"Since you don't believe me, I won't say anything more." I took out a killing talisman, waved it in front of the old man, and was about to stick it on his body.

"Wait, no, I'm willing to leave!" The old man cried out in terror, probably sensing the destructive power emanating from the annihilation talisman.

Tell me where your grave is, and I will keep my word. After I send you away, I will have someone move your grave to another place for a proper burial.

"Uh, hehe, actually I don't have a grave. Back then, I was all alone and had no one to rely on, so I came here to eat the offerings people gave me. In the end, I choked to death, and they didn't even collect my body, so I've just stayed here ever since, taking a little bit of other people's incense offerings."

"You're awesome." I subconsciously gave the old man a thumbs up.

"There was no other way; I was forced to by life's circumstances."

"So you're willing to leave now?" I asked again.

"Yes, I'm willing. Please, Master, send me to be reincarnated," the old man said eagerly.

"Okay." I nodded and took the ghost-fixing talisman from the old man.

But the next second, the old man suddenly got up and ran quickly towards the door.

I was stunned for a moment, then activated my magic power and casually threw out the annihilation talisman.

The annihilation talisman, like a sharp arrow piercing the air, instantly stuck to the old man's body.

"No..." Before the old man could finish his sentence, his entire body exploded.

I put away the ghost-fixing talisman in my hand, shook my head, and thought, "The ancients were right, they're full of damn nonsense."
