“I don’t know.” The Time Bus’s tone was filled with frustration. “When I arrived, there were already many colleagues here. I waited for the passengers to return as usual, but for some reason, my body suddenly malfunctioned and I was unable to contact headquarters.”
Unexpectedly, they received such an answer, and their expressions turned grim. The Time Bus had actually been caught in this small world and didn't even know what had happened. It was easy to imagine that there was probably something troublesome here.

Apart from the narrow path in the middle, the entire hall was filled with countless strange creatures. They seemed to have not seen living humans for a long time. The moment the door opened, they surprisingly let out a unified cheer in perfect harmony.
"It smells like a living person, hiss."
"Ha... I really want to tear them to pieces."
These strange creatures seemed to retain some consciousness, their eerie hands reaching out from the darkness to drag them in. Unfortunately, due to the rules of the game world, they could not enter the alley and could only use words to lure them in.
Suddenly, the entire hall became as noisy as a marketplace. Lin Guaiji stepped into the darkness and grabbed a short, four-limbed monster from the horde. "What happened here?"
Lin Guaiji deliberately walked into the darkness, which delighted the monsters, who all reached out to grab this substitute that would grant them freedom.
"Get out of here."
The powerful force annihilated the surrounding monsters. Zhou Quansheng withdrew his disgusted gaze and immediately walked to Lin Guaiji's side. He scanned the little monster with his eyes and tempted, "Tell us honestly what happened here, and we can help you catch a living person."
The little monster actually looked at Zhou Quansheng, its green eyes staring at him for a long time, so long that it was hard for them not to understand what it meant.

Zhou Quansheng, his face dark, wanted to kill him, but Lin Guaiji stopped him. He quickly pulled the little monster aside and, using some unknown method, they disappeared in the next ten minutes. When Lin Guaiji and the little monster reappeared, only corpses lying on the ground remained in the entire hall.
