Chapter 17 Your Heart is in Turmoil

Upon hearing this, Wu Fan echoed, "Of course, those villains from the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect are no match for Your Highness, Holy Son. May I return to my residence now?"

Gu Changqing replied calmly, "Okay."

The guards made way for him, and Wu Fan quickly stood up. When he turned his back to Gu Changqing, his face was grim.

"Damn it, once I get back to my residence, I'll definitely contact those people from the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect and teach them a lesson!"

Unbeknownst to Wu Fan, as he turned his back, Gu Changqing had already made a decapitation gesture to the guards.

The guards, who had been delighted upon hearing the first part of the speech, assumed they were to be rewarded, but upon hearing the second part, they all stood frozen in place.

Before the guards could speak, Gu Changqing activated the marks left by the sect within their bodies, causing them to self-destruct one by one.

As soon as he finished speaking, Gu Changqing activated the token, instructing the person in charge of the garrison to send a team of guards. Only a Holy Son could mobilize Nascent Soul stage guards.
