Chapter 176 I Promise You

"Wait for me here."

Huo Yan was about to leave with a sharp knife in his hand when Su Ruanruan quickly grabbed his arm. "Forget it, there won't be any food in this desolate place."

She looked around again. "I'm scared to leave you here alone."

Huo Yan patted her head. "I won't let you go hungry. Just wait for me here. Don't be afraid. No one will come here, and I won't go far."

He pulled out a pure white jade whistle from his pocket. “If you are really scared, blow it. As long as I can hear it, I will come back.”

Her body grew increasingly limp as she leaned against Huo Yan's chest, her eyes gradually becoming hazy.

Her exposed, snow-white skin was also tinged with a faint blush.

Su Ruanruan opened her beautiful, aroused eyes and looked at him.

Huo Yan's pupils were dark and bright, his eyes filled with intense desire.

"Good girl." The man's voice was gentle and affectionate, as if he were coaxing someone.
