Landing on a deserted island

Landing on a deserted island

The news that Yuko had been kidnapped by the rogue teacher Eikichi Onizuka quickly spread to everyone. Draken suggested rescuing Yuko, but Nono and Emma poured cold water on his idea.

Nono rubbed his forehead, looking troubled. "Once Yuko agrees to do something, even we can't stop her. That's the only thing about Yuko that's so willful." Just like how a person who rarely gets angry can be terrifying when they do.

"Yuko has this side to her too?" Draken found it somewhat unbelievable, but not entirely unimaginable; after all, everyone has their own obsessions. He looked at everyone. "So what do we do now?"

There were probably only three people present who didn't care whether Yuko was in danger, and even hoped that everyone would mind their own business.

"Where are they now?" Mikey asked.

Mitani analyzed, "To get to the other island, we'll definitely need a boat. We should be able to find one at the dock."

"Let's go," Mikey said, and started walking.

"Sano, do you have a solution?" Nono asked curiously, following behind him.

"Just follow along, Mikey definitely has his own ideas," said the person on the sidelines.

So everyone followed Mikey, completely bewildered. He wasn't one to speak in riddles, but to save time, he didn't explain beforehand. As they walked, he told them, "Since we can't persuade Yuko, we'll just have to deal with the person who kidnapped her."

To put it another way: Since we can't solve the problem, let's just pretend the problem doesn't exist.

Everyone silently prayed for Onizuka Eikichi.

When the group arrived, they indeed found Onizuka and the others at the pier. After all, with him and forty students, they were easily spotted gathered together. Onizuka Eikichi had shamelessly coerced the fishing boat owner into giving them a free ride to the deserted island. The students, feeling helpless, boarded the boat one after another like ants, complaining incessantly. Under the scorching sun, they had no desire to go to any island to observe sea turtles laying eggs; they preferred to stay in the hotel with the air conditioning on.

Onizuka Eikichi, having somehow acquired a megaphone, stood beneath the ship, threatening the boarding students like a stern overseer: "Listen up, you lot! Anyone who doesn't go will get a zero in social studies this semester!"

"Observing sea turtles laying eggs is clearly a science subject..." someone remarked.

Yuko hesitated before asking, "Is this really okay? Shouldn't we tell them the truth?"

"It's alright, my students are all good students, hahaha." Onizuka laughed it off, but he had a plan in mind. The more people who knew they were going to dig for treasure, the more people would get a share. He didn't want to tell these kids.

"What would happen if your good students found out you were lying to them?" Mikey, who had appeared out of nowhere, said quietly beside Onizuka Eikichi.

"Ah!" Onizuka jumped back in surprise.

"Yuko, come here quickly, stay away from that suspicious old man." Nono pulled Yuko over.

"Who's the uncle?!" Ki Onizuka immediately retorted.

"Why is everyone here?" Yuko was not quite sure.

Ye Ye explained, "Of course it's because I'm worried you'll get scammed! How could there be any treasure? If there were, it would have been dug up long ago!"

“Exactly, exactly,” Emma chimed in, joining in the persuasion.

But to everyone's surprise, Yuko replied, "I know."

"and you…"

Yuko sighed, "Because it seems like Mr. Onizuka won't give up if we don't go."

"What does that have to do with you?"

Yuko blinked and replied, "Because he asked me to?"

Ye Ye: "..."

"It's no use, Nono, that's just the kind of person Xiaoyou is." Emma sighed.

"Hey, tell this guy he doesn't need her help." Mikey looked at Onizuka with a stern face.

"Why should I listen to you?" Onizuka said nonchalantly, not taking the middle school delinquent seriously at all.

"If you don't do as we say, we'll tell your students you lied to them," Yi Hu threatened with a grin.

Onizuka was indeed momentarily flustered upon hearing this, but his skin was thicker than a city wall, and his shamelessness was unparalleled. He picked his nose and said, "At worst, I'll just share some of the money. You bunch of brats are too green to threaten me."

"You!" The crowd was practically ready to roll up their sleeves and slap him in the face.

Onizuka flicked the booger out of his fingernail and said casually, "If you guys are so worried, you can come along." As if he had come up with a brilliant idea, his expression changed, and he rubbed his hands together with a shrewd businessman's look. "Anyway, you guys have nothing better to do."

That's true, but this guy's expression is just so irritating.

"half."

Onizuka looked at Mikey, who was speaking, and hadn't yet realized what he meant by "half".

"We want half of the treasure."

Onizuka: Why don't you go rob a bank!

Mikey laughed and said, "Think about it, if you told your students that you might not even get half of the 40 students."

"Damn brat!" Onizuka cursed inwardly for a moment before reluctantly agreeing, "Half it is."

"The negotiations are successful?" Mikey raised a hand.

Onizuka reached out his hand, and the two high-fived.

The final result was that, including Yuko's group of ten, a total of 51 people went to the deserted island.

Everyone huddled on the deck wearing life jackets. The fishing boat felt like it was on the verge of sinking, which was unsettling.

"Takiya-san, what are you doing here too?" Yoshikawa Noboru, who knew them before, recognized them and rubbed his forehead. "It must be Onizuka-sensei messing around again. I'm so sorry."

"Why are you apologizing for what that unscrupulous teacher did?" Nono didn't quite understand.

Yoshikawa and the other two girls were sitting close together, and he moved a little awkwardly to the side, explaining in a low voice, "No, the teacher is a very nice person, but sometimes he does some inexplicable things..." Yoshikawa briefly told them what had happened at school, and thanks to him, Nono and the others changed their opinion of Onizuka a little.

"That stinky Yoshikawa actually has girls willing to talk to him, it's infuriating." The trio of girls sitting a little distance away from them were the ones who bullied Yoshikawa Noboru. Although they had been taught a lesson by Onizuka, they still seemed very unconvinced. The leader of them, Kyoko, especially disliked Yoshikawa's unmanly behavior. It was precisely because he was cowardly and insecure that people wanted to bully him even more.

On the other side, Onizuka, who stood at the bow of the ship and called himself a man of the Shonan Sea, was casually dreaming of digging for treasure, one foot on a chair. Kikuchi, standing beside him, anxiously tried to dissuade him again: "Onizuka, I think we should turn back and give up. If things are exposed, it won't be as simple as just being killed by everyone." Kikuchi glanced at the group of strangers sitting in the back. "Not only have you brought a bunch of delinquents with you, but Takiya is the surname of the leader of the Kanto shogunate, the Meteor Society, right?" It has to be said that Kikuchi's ability to gather intelligence was very impressive; Onizuka had initially been completely outmaneuvered by Kikuchi.

"It's okay, it's okay, the young master of the Meteor Society and I are good buddies." Onizuka patted his chest, not taking it seriously at all. But then he thought, if Genji knew that he had tricked his sister into going on an adventure to a deserted island, that cold-blooded siscon might come to Shonan and tear him to pieces... Onizuka couldn't help but swallow hard, then comforted himself that it was okay, as long as Genji didn't find out.

He had just relaxed slightly when someone kicked him off the boat from behind.

Kanzaki Reimi, whose IQ far surpasses that of ordinary people, had already sensed something suspicious. Although there was no evidence yet that Onizuka had done anything wrong, it was definitely the right thing to do to persecute him first.

Onizuka thrashed about in the sea, angrily cursing Kanzaki Reimi for begging him to come up to shore, but Kanzaki Reimi, who was like a queen with her arms crossed over her chest, seemed not to hear him.

Despite the noisy commotion, the large group of people eventually managed to land safely on the deserted island.
