The God of Luck has arrived!

The God of Luck has arrived!

The grand prize is actually a bonus that can send ten people to Okinawa, totaling 800,000 yen.

Yuko has little concept of money, and this sum wasn't tempting to her; she received far more in New Year's money every year. Yuko's assets were astronomical, unimaginable to her peers. Furthermore, Yuko believed that since the lottery ticket was given to her by Nono, the money rightfully belonged to Nono.

Asanuma Nono, however, did not think so. She was well aware of her own abilities, and if she were the one who drew the lottery, the result would definitely be another pack of tissues.

When the two were declining, Emma offered a compromise: "Then Nono can keep part of the money for the washing machine, and give the rest to Yuko."

That is indeed a very reasonable suggestion.

Yuko still couldn't feel at ease keeping the remaining money, so she decided to use it to take everyone on a trip to Okinawa.

“After all, the prize itself is travel money, so of course it should be used for travel,” Yuko said.

When Nono proudly slammed the lottery ticket on the table for everyone to see, Mitani carefully counted the zeros: "Eight hundred thousand?!"

The scene erupted in uproar.

"Really?"

"Yuko, you're amazing!"

"I might as well live off the lottery from now on."

Everyone started arguing and chattering.

Nono clapped her hands to signal everyone to be quiet, and spoke in a tone like a court lady: "Cheer up, you fools! Princess Yuko plans to use this money to treat everyone to a trip to Okinawa."

"Wow—Yuko, you're being too generous! That's 800,000 yen!" Yihu kindly reminded him.

"Yuko, are you sure you want to spend this money?" Draken thought of the concert tickets from last time, which seemed to cost quite a bit, and Yuko gave them away without hesitation. This time, she took out 800,000 yen without even blinking an eye. Draken couldn't help but feel that Yuko was indeed a pampered young lady who didn't have to worry about food or clothing.

Yuko said somewhat shyly, "Well, it's okay. I'm always being taken care of by everyone and I never have a chance to repay them."

They looked at each other, and they all wanted to go, since summer is the season for the seaside, and when it comes to the seaside, Okinawa’s Emerald Beach comes to mind.

However, Dongwan is not the same as when it was first established with only a few people. If all the captains leave, wouldn't that create an opening for others to attack?

"I won't go," Mitani said to everyone, showing consideration for the bigger picture. "With me here in Dongwan, you can all go and have fun without worry."

“No.” Mikey looked up from the parfait, ice cream still on his lips. “If you’re going, we’ll go together.”

"But what if the captains aren't here..."

Yuko, sensing their predicament as they argued back, said somewhat apologetically, "I'm sorry, I didn't consider that Dongwan wouldn't be able to function without the captains. How about... we change it to a gift?"

She meant no harm, but the boys present felt their foreheads throb with anger.

What do you mean Dongwan can't function without its captains? I really want to refute that, but they just thought the same thing themselves.

That's how people are. It doesn't matter how much parents scold their own children, but it's unacceptable for others to say it.

"Let's go! Let's go together!"

"Our vice-captain is also very capable!"

"That's right, that's right."

"Even if we're not in Dongwan, we'll still be just as [explosive/destructive]!"

Seeing the group suddenly full of energy, Yuko, unaware of what was going on, genuinely believed their stubborn words and thought the problem was solved. She happily clasped her hands together, her eyes sparkling as she looked at everyone: "That's great! I'd also appreciate it if you could tell me your personal information so I can go back and confirm my flight and hotel bookings. I'll call you all once I've confirmed everything."

Unconsciously led by their emotions, the group, now forced to go, simply said, "Oh, oh."

Ye Ye and Emma watched this unfold and talked quietly to each other.

"Yuko's naturalness is truly unmatched."

"Mmm, it's impossible to refuse."

"But Yuko, if there are ten people, aren't we still one person short?" Nono asked.

“It doesn’t have to be ten people, does it?” Emma said.

"Well, I'll probably need to check that first." Yuko seemed to have her own plans, but since they weren't finalized yet, she couldn't tell everyone.

Yuko asked the shopkeeper for paper and pen, and carefully recorded the information of the nine people present.

Since things had already come to this, they couldn't go back on their word. Fortunately, it was only for three days, and they weren't going to be gone forever, so they might as well cheer themselves up and have a good time. After figuring it out, they enthusiastically discussed what to do and what to bring to Okinawa.

Yuko had never been to Okinawa, or rather, she had basically never left the Kanto region in her entire life, so to be honest, she was also a little looking forward to it.

"Then we need to get ready quickly. Yuko, Emma, let's go shopping." Nono put her arm around Yuko's left arm.

“Speaking of which, I need to buy a new swimsuit too.” Emma agreed, taking Yuko’s right arm.

Yuko was swept away by the two whirlwinds, and the three of them left the store like the wind without even saying goodbye. The boys also wisely didn't ask any further questions.

In short, after three hours, she bought a bunch of things—useful, useless, and unsure if she'd even need them. It wasn't so much preparation for the trip as a shopping spree. The three girls ate dinner out and then parted ways to go home. The first thing Yuko did when she got home was to check on the tenth person.

She asked her senior, Ichikawa, for Sanzu Haruchiya's phone number.

She dialed the number, and after the call connected, she greeted, "Haru Chiya, this is Yuko-senpai..." Before she could finish speaking, the other end of the line hung up.

"Is the signal bad?" Yuko wondered, looking at her phone. She dialed again, but the call was hung up once more.

Unaware that she was being disliked, Yuko assumed the other person was busy and unable to answer the phone, so she sent them a text message.

"Haru Chiyo, are you going to Okinawa? Everyone going with me is someone I know."

Then another color message was sent, containing the list of people who participated in the filming.

Upon receiving the text message, Santu ignored the first one and clicked on the second out of curiosity. After seeing Mikey's name, Santu clicked on the first one again and then immediately called Yuko back.

After the call connected, the first question was: "Time".

Yuko didn't answer, but instead asked, "Was Haru Chiya busy just now?"

Silence on the three paths.

His lack of explanation made Yuko realize: "Could it be that he deliberately hung up on me?" As a reliable senior, Yuko wasn't upset at all; on the contrary, she was quite understanding, after all, it was his rebellious phase.

However, "I'm a little bit hurt."

In order to get closer to Mikey, Santu endured humiliation and apologized, saying, "I'm sorry."

Yuko immediately beamed with joy: "Yes, I accept your apology."

Thus, the ten people who would travel to Okinawa were confirmed.

Yuko asked the adults in her family to help her book plane tickets and hotels.

Her father, Hideo Takiya, learned that she was going on a trip to Okinawa with her friends. He was very supportive and said that he was a very open-minded father, and that young girls should enjoy their youth and not stay at home all the time.

Yuko happily went to pack her things.

Yuko, along with her nanny Shimizu and the maids, were making quite a racket packing their luggage when, coincidentally, the headquarters staff came to the house for a large gathering. The organization below had a new leader, and they needed to drink a parent-child toast with Takiya Hideo again.

For the older members of the headquarters, Okinawa's (the boss's) youngest daughter was someone they had watched grow up. Now that she was going to Okinawa, a place they couldn't even reach (it's remote and not a bustling area, and the *** wouldn't develop there), they all expressed their concerns.

But their worries were completely unnecessary; precisely because it was a remote and simple place, there was no danger at all.

The date for the trip was set for the day after tomorrow. Yuko, out of selfishness, made up an excuse, saying that she had never traveled far before and was afraid that she would be too nervous to sleep at night. She hoped that Emma would come to her house to keep her company. In order not to arouse Emma's suspicion, she also brought Nono along.

Yuko thought her excuse was lame; after all, she wasn't a child who couldn't sleep from excitement while on a hike. But to others, it certainly seemed like something that would happen to Yuko, and therefore it went smoothly.

When Nono and Emma arrived at the Takiya residence, they happened to run into Genji Takiya, who was returning home.

“Emma and Nono are here.” Genji had met these two of his younger sisters’ good friends before and knew that Emma was Shinichiro’s sister. Seeing the servants unloading luggage from the trunk, he casually asked, “Are you planning to stay for a while?”

Nono explained, "No, we're planning to go to Okinawa."

"When are we going?" Genji asked his sister.

Yuko replied, "My flight is at 7:30 a.m. the day after tomorrow."

"The day after tomorrow? That's fine. Ye Ye and Emma are here, and a friend of mine is getting married tomorrow. The bride's side doesn't have any bridesmaids, so the three of you can go and make up the numbers as bridesmaids."

"Eh? Is Ruka-neechan busy?" Yuko asked her brother's girlfriend.

Genji explained, "The groom's best man is a middle school student, so it doesn't seem quite right for Ryuka to be a bridesmaid."

Yuko herself was fine; it was rare for her brother to ask her for a favor. However… she looked to Nono and Emma for their opinions, but both of them said it was alright.

"Anyway, I have nothing to do tomorrow."
