Chapter 13 Mutated Snow Snake

Bai Xing took out a dagger, squatted slightly, and carefully moved away from the mutant snake. The mutant snake realized that Bai Xing had discovered it, so it simply crawled out of the snow.

This is a two-foot-long snake, snow-white all over. The white scales are covered with a thin layer of hard ice, which makes its scales reflect colorful colors under the light.

Compared with other mutant beasts, this mutant snake, to be more precise, should be called a mutant snow snake. It can be said to be quite beautiful, but beautiful things are always full of danger.

The mutated snow snake spit out its tongue, making a hissing sound, and approached Bai Xing little by little. Bai Xing found a flat place and simply cleared the snow on the ground with her feet before the mutated snow snake came, clearing out a piece of open space.

If the snake were to remain hidden in the snow and attack her, it would be difficult to defend against. It would be better to put it in the sun.

The snow snake circled around her slightly, looking for a chance to attack.

Suddenly it opened its mouth and bit Bai Xing. Bai Xing swung her dagger and slashed the side of its mouth, knocking it aside.

The dagger left a scar on its face. Bai Xing deliberately used a lot of strength, but still couldn't break its scales in one go.

However, she estimated that if such an attack was carried out three more times at the same location, the mutant snow snake should be injured.

She breathed a sigh of relief. As long as she could break the defense, she could still fight. If the dagger couldn't even break the mutant snow snake's defense, then it would be a big problem.

She calmed down, her mind became extremely clear, and her limbs seemed to be more finely controlled. It was a very strange feeling, but not unpleasant. Instead, it made her full of confidence and high fighting spirit.

As the saying goes, hit the snake at its most vulnerable part. Bai Xing and the mutant snow snake kept pulling, and when they found an opportunity, they stepped on its tail. The snow snake angrily bent its front body and bit back.

Bai Xing quickly stepped back, grabbed a handful of snow with her left hand, and formed a hard ball with one hand, then slashed at the snow snake's eyes with a knife. The snow snake immediately opened its mouth, bypassed the blade and bit Bai Xing's wrist.

Bai Xing stepped back and threw the snowball with her left hand. The snowball got stuck in the snow snake's mouth. The snow snake shook its head, trying to throw the snowball away, but the snowball was too big and its mouth was too wide open, so it got stuck. So it immediately changed its method and squeezed the snowball hard.

Bai Xing took the opportunity to go around its side, grabbed its head and tail, tied it into a tight knot as quickly as possible, and then threw it on the ground. The mutant snow snake had just crushed the snowball and spit it out when it was strangled tightly and then thrown to the ground.

Its body began to struggle rapidly, and Bai Xing naturally would not give it a chance to break free. She stepped on the snake's head with one foot and slammed the snake's open mouth shut with a "bang".

This further angered the snake. Although its head could not move, its tail shook violently and the knot was quickly untied. Bai Xing did not hesitate and quickly chopped its vital points with the dagger in her hand.

One knife.

Two knives.

Three knives.

She immediately withdrew her hand and quickly stepped back. Almost in the next second, the mutant snow snake broke free from her control, curled up quickly, and then bounced towards Bai Xing's neck.

A drop of cold sweat slid down Bai Xing's forehead. She did not panic, but rolled to the side to avoid the snow snake's attack. However, the snow snake was enraged, and its ferocity burst out completely. Its two eyes were bloodshot, staring at Bai Xing, and it attacked again.

Bai Xing used a dagger to chop its body at a tricky angle, then boldly grabbed its tail and threw it away.

The snow snake was thrown not far away, but the beating could not cause any harm to it. It quickly approached Bai Xing along the ground. Bai Xing rolled up a snowball and threw it at it again, but the mutated snow snake was very smart and the same trick would not work. The snowball only slightly hindered its forward route.

Bai Xing retreated while constantly hindering its progress. The powerful attack just now on its seven-inch point still caused damage to it. The wound was constantly torn as it moved, revealing the purple heart inside.

The mutated snow snake knew that if it delayed any longer, the situation would be bad, so it stopped dodging and rushed straight towards Bai Xing. It wrapped around Bai Xing's arm very quickly, so fast that Bai Xing was shocked.

Although she tried her best to dodge the speed, she was completely unable to avoid it. What was worse was that the snow snake wrapped around her right hand. She threw the dagger to her left hand, her eyes fierce, and quickly and accurately grabbed the snake's neck with her right hand, just in a position where the mutant snow snake could not bite her hand back. With her left hand, she chopped the seven-inch wound with great force. The mutant snow snake's movements became slower and slower, and its heart burst open, and blood flowed out.

Finally, it stopped moving and its body became completely stiff. Bai Xing chopped it off, but did not stop. He smashed its head completely and made sure that it was completely dead before he collapsed to the ground in exhaustion.

Her body was severely overdrawn. The battle just now made her physically and mentally exhausted. She sat on the ground with her fingers stiff and unable to move. She took out a small bowl of spicy soup left over from lunch from her backpack. With trembling hands, she brought the bowl to her mouth and drank the soup in small sips.

The spicy soup was still as warm as when it was put in when it was taken out, flowing down her esophagus and slowly warming her body.

The heat gradually spread to her nails. She slowly moved her fingers and carefully checked if there were any injuries on her body. Fortunately, although her clothes were a little damaged, she was not injured.

After thinking about it, she dug out the snake gall, wrapped it in snow to form a hard ice ball, froze it, and stored it in her panel backpack.

Then look at the settlement that just popped up on the panel.

[Player "Bai Xing" kills the mutant snow snake]

[Players get 1 second-level energy crystal]

[Player obtains 1 second-level snow snake scale]

Bai Xing raised the corners of her lips weakly. She didn't expect that it was a second-level mutant beast, and it even dropped props.
