Chapter 1 I am the villain's sister

Cheng Yuesheng raised her hand and looked at the slender and delicate fingers. They were very beautiful, but they were not her hand.

Even though several days had passed, she still felt a bit overwhelmed. After the gas explosion, she thought she was doomed. The loud noise still seemed to ring in her ears. She opened her eyes in fear, only to find herself in a bright and clean hospital room.

At first she thought she was rescued and taken to the hospital after the explosion, but when she accidentally caught her long hair, she quickly realized that she had short hair and this body was not her original one.

She could feel the weakness of this body, and she was very thin. Her wrists were only a thin circle when she closed them, which was very different from her originally healthy body.

But she still couldn't believe this kind of supernatural event, so she forced herself to get up and go to the bathroom to look in the mirror.

The moment she saw the mirror, the only thing that came to her mind was, "So beautiful."

This body is like a crystal doll, with small and delicate features, a slender figure, and exuding a fragile temperament.

Looking at the design of the ward, it is obvious that this is not a room that ordinary people can afford to live in.

She was reborn in someone else's body, so where did this girl go?

Cheng Yuesheng found it hard to accept this situation for a moment. She found a mobile phone on the bedside table and dialed the number she remembered.

However, she was soon disappointed. She made several calls, but all the numbers were unavailable.

She opened the map app on her phone and found that the hospital she was in was one she had never heard of, and the surrounding streets, attractions and buildings had never appeared in her life.

Cheng Yuesheng opened all the apps on her phone without giving up, and she finally confirmed a fact: she seemed to be reborn in a different world.

A few days ago, Cheng Yuesheng was just an ordinary office worker who had just graduated from college two years ago. She would complain about her boss with her colleagues at work every day, and occasionally slack off. She was happiest when she got her salary at the beginning of the month.

But that day at noon I forgot to order takeout and went to eat Malatang near the company. As a result, there was a gas explosion in the Malatang restaurant. What was even more unfortunate was that the building where the Malatang restaurant was located was a shoddy construction, and the whole building collapsed because of the explosion.

She hid in the ward in fear for several days, afraid that any acquaintances of the original owner would come to visit her, so she could only use the original owner's mobile phone to explore her past life experiences.

After some effort, she finally knew where she was - the world of a romance novel, and she became the sister of the villain who appeared only a few times.

This novel was also made into a TV series, but Cheng Yuesheng was not impressed by either the TV series or the novel. She did not watch the TV series, and she forgot the novel after reading it.

She knew that the world she was in was a novel because of watching short videos and listening to her colleagues' complaints. After the TV series was broadcast, it was widely discussed online, and everyone from the protagonist to the supporting characters were severely criticized by netizens. It seemed that the novel adapted from this drama was very old, the plot was bloody, the protagonist's character was outdated, the director and screenwriter had limited skills, and the filming effect was very bad.

This world is a derivative of a very traditional romance novel. Cheng Yuesheng's sister was a high school classmate of the male protagonist and his beloved "white moonlight." The female protagonist is an intern at the male protagonist's company, a junior of his, and has a crush on him. The two spend every day together at the company and quickly fall in love. Then, the "white moonlight" female supporting role suddenly appears and competes with the female protagonist for the male lead. In the end, the male and female protagonists have a happy ending, but the "white moonlight" female supporting role not only gets nothing, but also ruins her own company.

And her character's ending was not explained until the end.

Cheng Yuesheng looked up at the IV drip. It was almost finished, so she pressed the nurse's bell at the bedside and asked someone to come in to change the IV drip.

It has been almost 5 days since she woke up. Only doctors and nurses have appeared in Cheng Yuesheng's ward. No relatives or friends have come. The communication app on her mobile phone is also quiet, and no one has contacted her.

She was somewhat relieved. After all, she didn't have the original owner's memories, and she wasn't sure how to deal with the people the original owner knew. She had been searching through the original owner's phone for the past few days, finding some notes from the original owner in the memo and social media apps. She only knew that the original Cheng Yuesheng had been in poor health since childhood, often hospitalized, and not close to his family or friends.

"Knock knock—" the young nurse opened the door to the ward. "Ms. Cheng, is the IV almost finished? Let me help you remove it."

"Well, thank you, Nurse Lin." Cheng Yuesheng responded with a smile, not noticing the hint of pity that flashed in the other person's eyes.

Nurse Lin has worked in this hospital for two or three years. She knows that Cheng Yuesheng is a frequent visitor to the VIP ward of this hospital. After Cheng Yuesheng woke up, he also learned some information about the original owner from her.

She noticed that Nurse Lin felt a little sorry for the original Cheng Yuesheng. She learned from her that the original owner was often hospitalized, but few people came to visit her, even her parents and relatives rarely came to see her. Once, her family finally came to visit, but they ended up arguing in the ward.

Nurse Lin quickly packed up and left. Before leaving, she reminded Cheng Yuesheng to remember to take medicine, because the original owner often did not take medicine and secretly threw it away. But Cheng Yuesheng is different now. She will take medicine carefully according to the doctor's instructions. It is too rare to live again. She wants to get better quickly and leave the hospital.

After taking her medicine, Cheng Yuesheng went for a walk in the small garden below the hospital. She had been lying in bed for so long that her whole body was aching. She walked to the small garden downstairs as if on a tour. The high-end hospital was well-built as a whole, and even the garden was beautifully designed.

Originally, Cheng Yuesheng was just an ordinary office worker. She had just started a new job and was about to finish her probation period. She had the dream that every office worker has, which was to be a carefree salted fish.

Now this dream is almost coming true because the original owner is a rich second generation.

The more troublesome thing now is how to deal with Cheng Yuesheng's original family after being discharged from the hospital. Although the original owner does not seem to be very close to his family, he is afraid that the truth will be exposed. Also, the original owner's sister is the female villain in this novel, and she is the Bai Yueguang type. The ending will not be very good. I hope she will not be implicated.

"Ah—I'm sorry—"

I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry, are you okay?" Cheng Yuesheng apologized while looking at the other person. It turned out to be an old man. Fortunately, it was just a minor bump and he didn't fall, otherwise it would be over!

"Hey, little girl, why don't you look at the road when you walk? Look, look—" the old man said while pointing to the ground, "You knocked my milk tea away!"

A cup of taro ball bubble milk tea fell to the ground, the cup was broken, and the milk tea flowed everywhere.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I was too careless. How about I compensate you with a cup?" Cheng Yuesheng was very sorry. It was all her fault that she was distracted and didn't pay attention to the road, so she bumped into others. Fortunately, only the milk tea fell. If the old man fell, she would feel even more guilty.

The old man's eyes lit up, "You compensate me, that's what you said, I want—"

"What compensation?" A cold male voice interrupted the conversation between the two.
