It was almost evening when they returned to the mansion! As soon as they got off the carriage, they saw Jiang Zhixu riding back on horseback.
Jiang Zhixu handed the horse to the servant, then ran towards Jin Linlin. Just as he was about to speak to her, the housekeeper Lin from the mansion ran over in a panic. Seeing everyone around, he said:
