Chapter 324 Two Unicorns Fishing in Troubled Waters

Du Han's voice wasn't loud, but it was still quite noticeable in the environment.

Upon hearing this, everyone turned to look at it. Huo Yi, who had a relatively impatient personality, even asked, "What's wrong?"

Du Han did not respond to it. Instead, she pulled the Yao Guang Cauldron and the Wen Tian Seal, making them enlarge the light screen towards the group of spirit beasts.

Then, everyone saw two unicorns mingling among the spirit beasts, taking advantage of the chaos.

They followed the herd of spirit beasts, secretly stuffing things into their mouths as they chased after the cultivators ahead.

During the intermittent moments of chaos, they would either pluck a small tuft of fur from the spirit beast on the left or secretly pluck a scale from the spirit beast on the right.

But they're also quite cunning; the moment they steal someone's belongings, they carefully hide them, leaving the owners completely bewildered.

If they encounter something with extremely sensitive senses or a very strong nose, the two will even cooperate with each other.

Either transfer the item to the other party to hide it, or throw it onto an innocent beast nearby, making it look like it was accidentally bumped into.

At these times, the spirit beasts that have lost their fur or scales will look at them suspiciously, then glare at the culprit, and finally continue to follow the group.

As for the two troublemakers, they will be completely ignored by everyone.

Occasionally, one or two intelligent creatures might look over with suspicion, but once they meet their big, innocent, watery eyes, their doubts are quickly dispelled.

The episode's masterful manipulation of the situation, its skillful diversion of blame, and its ability to profit from chaos left the viewers in awe.

After being stunned, Tianluo was so excited that his entire vine trembled. Shushu immediately sensed something was wrong and didn't even have time to have Yaoguangding cut off the light barrier.

Then I heard Du Han mutter to herself, "They seem to be having a lot of fun." Her tone was familiar with the conversation.

Excited, Tianluo immediately noticed them and darted in front of Duhan, asking excitedly, "You know them?"

Without a second thought, Du Han nodded: "Those are my parents."

Upon hearing the answer, Tianluo's little voice was so excited it was almost floating: "Let's go, let's go see our parents together."

After saying this, without waiting for Du Han to reply, it had already swept Du Han away.

The other friends, seeing this, happily echoed their agreement.

"Let's go too."

"I want to see my parents too."

Immediately following, several streaks of light shot out. Before Shushu could even raise her hand, the two skilled fighters in front were left with only her, Xuejie, and the two divine weapons.

Even the usually slow-moving Xiao Xuanjing has already floated out.

Shushu was at a loss. He was worried about their safety and also had to clean up the scene, so he could only let Wentianyin and Xuejie follow first, while he quickly packed up the house and erased all traces.

Just as she was about to chase after them, she remembered that the male cultivator had seen her before. After thinking for a moment, she decisively transformed into a firefly rabbit and then gave chase.

When Shushu caught up with Tianluo and the others, they had already managed to squeeze from the edge of the group to Dutao and Duran's side.

A large group of little creatures were gathered around the two unicorns, chattering happily.

Even so, their speed did not decrease at all; they remained in the middle of the group, following the spiritual cultivators in front, though they did not know why they were being followed.

As Shushu stood to the side, pondering how to bypass the line and reach them, he felt a shadow fall upon him.

Looking up, he saw a Skyscaled Eagle stretching its neck, about to snatch him away.

In an instant, Shushu thought of the eagle eating the rabbit, and then of his experience in the giant python's stomach. Just as he was about to perform a rabbit kicking the eagle for it, a soft female voice came to his ear.

“Little guy, you’re also looking for Du Tao and Du Ran, right? I’ll take you there.”

Upon hearing this, Shushu paused for a moment, and then her fate was immediately seized by the neck. By the time she came to her senses, the rabbit was already airborne, soaring over the other beasts, and was accurately thrown onto Du Ran's back.

"Du Ran, your kid has another friend looking for him."

With a single sentence, Du Ran successfully stopped Shu Shu from shaking him off. Shu Shu also took the opportunity to steady himself and thanked the Sky-Scaled Eagle above his head: "Thank you, senior."

The Skyscale Eagle didn't seem to care much. After replying "You're welcome," it flew back to its own group, looking quite respectable, which left Shushu completely bewildered.

To be honest, even now, she still doesn't understand why these spirit beasts are chasing after that person so persistently.

After thinking about it, she decided to make good use of her current identity and ask the surrounding spirit beasts for clarification.

Then, as soon as she looked up, she met Erhou's questioning gaze as he lay on Dutao's back next door.

Clearly, it did not recognize the millet.

"Who are you.."

Shushu's heart skipped a beat, and he quickly gave Tianluo behind him a meaningful look.

Just before it could utter that "who," a vine reached out and bound its mouth. I manually muted the microphone, but at the same time, I quickly sent it a telepathic message in my mind.

After witnessing Erhou receive the telepathic message, he was first shocked, and then looked over with disbelief, as if he were confirming with himself whether he had hallucinated.

There was nothing else he could do but nod affirmatively, which finally quieted the other down and prevented it from asking the same question again.

However, its little eyes never left the sweet potato for even a moment, and its thoughts seemed to have wandered off somewhere else. In just a breath or two, its eyes were almost like mosquito coils.

Watching it confuse itself, the potato didn't know what to say. After hesitating for a while, it finally made the tough decision to just ignore it and avoid the problem.

Anyway, it's on Dutao's back right now, with friends in front and behind it, so there's no need to worry about it getting into trouble, Shushu thought to himself.

So, feeling relieved, Shushu began to socialize and started greeting Dutao and Duran.

However, because he had accidentally signed a contract with someone else's child, Shushu felt somewhat guilty.

However, this was not a good place to talk. After a brief greeting, Shushu asked them why they were chasing the person in front of them.

Before the two unicorns could even speak, the other spirit beasts around them had already started talking.

“He stole the spirit fruit tree I planted.”

“He stole my grass, which was almost ripe.”

"He stole my stone."

"He stole the skin I shed."

"He stole my baby."

"He stole my eggs."

...

After hearing what he said, Shushu was so shocked that his jaw almost dropped.

At this moment, Shushu even wondered how he had managed to steal so many things in such a short time, from childhood to adulthood.

Thinking of this, Shushu's gaze towards the male cultivator in front of him changed to that of someone looking at a warrior.

Then she saw the warrior being sucked into a spatial rift that suddenly appeared.

After swallowing the male cultivator, the spatial rift moved towards them with lightning speed.
