Around noon, Lin Li and her group arrived at the villa area of Repulse Bay.
The sea breeze here carries a salty, damp scent, and the white sand beach glitters like scattered gold in the sunlight.
Villas are built into the hillside in a staggered pattern, and the deep blue swimming pool blends into the sea in the distance.
Mr. Chen unlocked the electronic door, and outside the huge floor-to-ceiling window was an unbeatable sea view, with the sound of waves crashing on the shore clearly audible.
"This building is designed in a modern style and was built in 1982."
Mr. Chen pointed to the crystal chandelier on the ceiling and explained.

As evening fell, Lin Li sat in the Peninsula Hotel's coffee shop, with information on three villa districts spread out in front of her.
