He noticed Lin Li's gaze lingering on the banyan trees in the courtyard and added, "These old banyan trees are decades old, and they provide excellent shade in the summer."
The car stopped in front of a cream-colored villa, and the iron gate slowly slid open to reveal a driveway paved with cobblestones.

Mr. Chen patted his chest and assured, "The amenities at Kadoorie Hill are top-notch in Hong Kong, with uninterrupted water and electricity supply. The residents here are all wealthy and influential, and the security measures are extremely tight, with 24-hour patrols."
Lin Li nodded in satisfaction.
"Are there a few other villas?"
"Yes!"
