Huang Yao turned and ran outside, accidentally bumping into Director Li.
Factory Director Li quickly pushed Huang Yao away, clutched his chest, and glanced around. Relieved to see no one was around, he then pointed at Huang Yao and began to berate her:
"Comrade Huang, you're such a grown man, don't you know how to watch where you're going? What if other people see us and misunderstand that we're having a romantic relationship? I'd be so wronged!"
Huang Yao shook her head with red eyes, looked back and saw Xu Qingqing standing outside, arms crossed and leaning against the door.
Terrified, she immediately hid behind Director Li and clung tightly to his clothes.
Factory Director Li stiffened, feeling someone pressed tightly against his back, and instantly flew into a rage: "Damn it, can't you, a woman, have a little more self-control? I have a wife, so let go of me right now, don't try to fight me, a grown man!"
Damn it, if he finds out which bastard hired this guy, he'll skin him alive!
Huang Yao still wouldn't let go, her body trembling as she shook her head behind him, explaining, "Director Li, it was Comrade Xu who wanted to hit me, that's why I bumped into your arms."
"I'm afraid she'll break my hand. She's the one who broke Sister Fang's hand. Director Li, you have to save me!"
Factory Director Li was not listening to her at this point. Seeing that Huang Yao wouldn't let go, he was worried that someone would see them and report him. He wouldn't be able to explain himself even if he had ten mouths.
Unbuttoning his clothes and taking them off, Director Li was instantly chilled to the bone and turned to glare at Huang Yao.
Huang Yao stared blankly at the clothes in her hand. Her fingers loosened, and the clothes fell to the ground, covered in a layer of dirt.
Factory Director Li was dumbfounded. His body trembled as he saw his clothes ruined like this. Thinking of his wife's fierce methods when he got home, his body was shaking so badly he almost developed Parkinson's disease.
With bloodshot eyes, he pointed at Huang Yao and cursed, "I'm so unlucky to have met a woman like you. I told you to let go, but you wouldn't. Damn it, you're making a scene with me from across the room!"
Huang Yao blushed and tears welled up in her eyes. She was so anxious that she wanted to explain that she didn't mean it. In her haste, she forgot about her coat on the ground and lifted one foot.
Factory Director Li yelled, "Don't come any closer!!"
Huang Yao was so frightened by Director Li's shout that she didn't know what to do. Her raised foot went weak and she stepped on her coat on the ground. When she realized something was wrong, she looked down and her tears fell even more fiercely.
Factory Director Li, trembling, disregarded whether she was a woman or not, stepped forward, shoved her forcefully, picked up his coat, and looked at the tattered coat with a pained expression. He vigorously brushed off the dust and dirt, muttering to himself:
"Oh no, oh no, how am I going to explain this to my wife? Can I say that I tripped and fell because I wasn't looking where I was going at night?"
"No, no, my wife definitely won't believe me. How about I say I was kicked? There are footprints on my clothes; she'll definitely believe that."
Xu Qingqing crossed her arms and walked to Director Li's side. Looking at Huang Yao's footprints above, she shook her head with schadenfreude.
"Yes, your wife must think you're having an affair. These footprints don't look like a man's at all."
Holding the clothes, Factory Director Li was on the verge of tears, desperately asking Xu Qingqing, "What should I do? How can I explain to my wife that I'm innocent?"
The thought of facing his wife's discipline tonight made him want to die.
What kind of grown man gets his pants pulled down and is made to lie on the bed and be spanked by his wife?!
Seeing that Director Li looked like he wanted to die, Xu Qingqing's pupils darted around, and she grinned maliciously.
"How about this? You put on your coat and let me beat you up, then you can have an explanation for your wife." Xu Qingqing sincerely (?) indicated that she was offering her opinion.
If it weren't for the ill intent in her eyes, Factory Director Li would almost have believed her. He immediately backed away, clutching the clothes, and shook his head in refusal.
"No, no, no, I still prefer my wife's family discipline."
The former is about self-esteem, the latter is about life and death, so Director Li naturally chose the former.
Xu Qingqing felt a little regretful that she couldn't fight now and could only wait until tonight to take action.
On the other side, Huang Yao watched the two discussing things, unaware that she had noticed them. She rubbed her buttocks, stood up, and tried to run away.
"Comrade Huang, where do you think you're going?"
Although Xu Qingqing was talking to Director Li, she kept glancing at Huang Yao out of the corner of her eye.
Huang Yao, her face pale, slowly moved backward, saying sorry to Xu Qingqing.

Huang Yao was so frightened that she dared not move, watching helplessly as Xu Qingqing walked up to her, filled with endless regret for having provoked her.
She cried and begged for forgiveness: "I was wrong, I shouldn't have set my sights on you, please forgive me this time?"
When Director Li saw this scene, he was puzzled as to how Huang Yao had gotten involved with Xu Qingqing.
He stepped forward and asked, "What's going on here? What are you plotting against Comrade Xu?"
With red eyes, Huang Yao burst into tears again, sobbing as she cried to Factory Director Li, "It's all my fault, it's all because of me... I..."
Xu Qingqing couldn't take it anymore. Hearing that innocent, naive tone again made her feel disgusted. She grabbed some dry grass from the ground and stuffed it into the girl's mouth.
"Damn it, I already said I hate this tone, and with you talking like that, are you trying to explain yourself or not? Would it kill you to speak like a normal person?!"
After saying that, he noticed Huang Yao reaching into her mouth to take out the dry grass. He narrowed his eyes and threatened, "You dare to try taking one out!"
Huang Yao froze, unsure whether to reach in or not, her eyes pleading as she looked at Factory Director Li.
Factory Director Li quickly turned around, covering his face to avoid looking: "It has nothing to do with me. I haven't been here at all today, and I don't know anything about it."
After saying that, he kicked off and ran, his body shaking up and down with each swing.
Huang Yao was stunned, staring in disbelief at Director Li's retreating figure. What happened? Wasn't he the factory director? Why didn't he stop Xu Qingqing?
Xu Qingqing was somewhat satisfied with Director Li's performance earlier and decided to go easy on him when she made her move that night.
Turning around to look at Huang Yao in front of him, he slowly squatted down amidst her pleading, terrified eyes, and picked up a pebble, placing it in his palm.
With his hands behind his back, he grinned at her and said, "Let's play a game. It's simple: if you guess which hand the pebble is in, I won't hit you."
Conversely, if you choose the hand with the pebble, then even if I hit you, it's the price you pay for losing the bet with me, and it's something you did willingly.

Huang Yao was about to refuse without thinking, but seeing Xu Qingqing staring at her coldly, she had no choice but to nod in agreement.
Xu Qingqing was pleased with her understanding and held out her hand, back of which was facing up, for her to choose.
Huang Yao observed repeatedly but couldn't tell which hand had the pebble, and hesitated, unsure which hand to choose.
Finally, he simply closed his eyes and pointed to one of them.
