After the medicine was decocted, Su Yun'er looked at the thick liquid, scooped up a spoonful, and carefully tasted a small mouthful.

"Here, I'll drink first." Su Yun'er casually picked up a bowl and drank it all in one gulp.
She hadn't had a drink of water since breakfast and was quite thirsty. The warm honey water, with its sweet taste, flowed down her throat and into her stomach, making her feel as if all her fatigue had been washed away.

The children's joy was infectious to Grandma Chen and Su Yun'er. Su Yun'er tidied up with a smile and watched the two children make their grandmother happy, so she stayed with them for a while.
