"Tell me, what's the matter with Ye Feng?" Jiang Ling asked bluntly.
“Mrs. An, I know you have a daughter who is Ye Feng’s apprentice. She was injured by that Huang Pian a while ago, right? And Ye Feng was also entangled with Huang Pian because of this, right?” Xiao Hai asked, stroking his chin.
Jiang Ling glanced at Xiao Hai, recalling the scene she had seen at the Six Doors.
He didn't hide anything and nodded, saying, "You're right!"

Xiao Hai gestured for them to go. "Then, Anren, let's go over now!"
Jiang Ling pushed open the door and whispered something to Jiang Shan. Jiang Shan nodded and left with the two of them.
As soon as they left, the door to Grandma Jiang's room was pushed open.
Jiang Zhitang, Madam Ma, and Old Madam Jiang peeked out and watched the three people leave.
"Do you think this man is the father of that child?" Grandma Jiang asked, pointing at Xiao Hai's back.
Ma nodded confidently. "I'm sure. Although I didn't hear what they were talking about, my eldest sister brought a man back in broad daylight. What she said yesterday clearly meant that she already knew that the child had met his biological mother!"
"But, didn't she bring a man with her?" Old Mrs. Jiang didn't quite understand what Madam Ma meant by that.
“Oh, Mother, you’re being silly! Can one person give birth to that child? Besides, such a big thing definitely needs a man to do it! I bet he’s gone to negotiate!” said Ma.
"Zhitang! You hurry up and go too! Be careful not to get caught!" Old Mrs. Jiang slapped her thigh and urged.
