Jiang Yaojie understood immediately and picked up the teapot to refill the village chief's cup.
"Village Chief, when did you promise Dahua Village when you would go to find a water source?" Jiang Ling brought the topic back and asked.
"tomorrow."
The village chief's answer surprised Jiang Ling. Her original plan was to take Jiang Yaojie and Jiang Suihe to Changning Town the next day to try out her mint water, but the village chief agreed to help Dahua Village find a water source.
She was worried that if she told the village chief the solution, he still wouldn't understand. It seemed that she would probably have to take Jiang Suihe, Jiang Wenxi, and Nianci with her tomorrow.

Jiang Ling nodded, exchanged a few more pleasantries with the village chief, and then left the village chief's house.
"Mother, these were all your ideas, so why am I the one taking the credit?" On the way back, Jiang Yaojie finally couldn't contain his curiosity and asked.
