After the two came downstairs, Lan Yamei took out a new stun gun, handed it to Qiu Zeyu, and showed him how to use it. Ignoring Qiu Zeyu's astonished look, she said, "It seems that Nanfang Nan doesn't plan to call a doctor properly. You follow them secretly. If anyone comes to rob you, as long as you are not in danger, you must not take action. Just secretly follow them to their hideout, and we'll take them all down tonight."
"Okay!" Qiu Zeyu agreed without hesitation, but before jumping out the window, he asked again, still a little worried, "Is this thing really that useful?"
"Don't worry, I used it to shock the old Taoist priest until his legs and arms were weak! I also used it to make Nanfang Nan move unsteadily. Remember not to shock yourself, and turn off the switch immediately." Lan Yamei trusted Qiu Zeyu, so she didn't hide anything from him.
Qiu Zeyu fiddled with the stun gun for a moment, then put it in his pocket and leaped out of the window.
After the father and son downstairs had settled down to sleep, Lan Yamei checked the room again, setting up animal traps in every possible place before pushing open Zhao Zhicheng's treatment room.
As expected, Zhao Zhicheng performed surgery to clean the wound. The patient was receiving an IV drip at the moment, and he silently stayed by his side.
Qiu Kongkong had already been given intravenous anesthesia and had fallen asleep.
"Thank you for your hard work, Dr. Zhao. What would you like to eat?" Lan Yamei didn't have any decent gifts to offer as a token of her gratitude, so she could only ask that everyone eat and drink well.
"I want fried chicken and beer, and preferably a cup of instant noodles, with ham and braised eggs," Zhao Zhicheng said without any hesitation.
Lan Yamei took everything out one by one: a bucket of fried chicken full of chicken legs and wings; freshly frozen beer; and the new type of instant noodles with vegetable broth. The bucket had everything, and she even added sausage and a braised egg.
Zhao Zhicheng didn't stand on ceremony and began to eat heartily.
