Chapter 164 Steamed Rice (1/2)

Chapter 164 Steamed Rice

He Chuan and Jiang Dashi were ecstatic when they heard this. "Great! Master, we can drive and work together again."

He Chuan said, "Master, don't worry. You will just be responsible for helping me manage the company with Jiang Dashi and maintaining daily operations. You won't be needed to drive on weekdays, but of course, if it's particularly busy and there's a shortage of staff, you'll still have to drive."

He Chuan offered Master Zhang two options. One was to remain a senior manager, receiving monthly pay from He Chuan, which would undoubtedly be higher than that of an average transporter. The other option was for Master Zhang to invest in the company, just like Jiang Dashi did. This would effectively make him a part of the company, allowing him to receive dividends from the profits each day. While he would still receive his salary, it would likely be lower.

In the end, Master Zhang chose the second option and was willing to invest 5,000 yuan in the company. He Chuan gave him 10% of the shares.

After securing Master Zhang, the rest of the process became much simpler. Many of the team members were Master Zhang's apprentices, all of whom were personally trained by him. With Master Zhang's help in persuading them, five team members were finally willing to join.

This way, the staff is basically enough. Including He Chuan himself, Jiang Dashi, and Master Zhang, there are a total of 8 people.

He Chuan made an appointment with everyone, giving them two days to complete the resignation procedures and explain to their families, and then come to Beijing to find him. He Chuan wrote down the contact address for everyone.

"Why don't you stay for two more days? Then we can go up together and hold it." Master Zhang said.

"No, I'll buy the tickets later. Tao Tao still has to wait for me at home. You guys go upstairs, I still have to prepare beds and other daily necessities for you." After He Chuan finished his business, he didn't want to stay any longer and couldn't wait to leave.

"Okay, then you go first. I'll go up with Jiang Dashi and the others in a couple of days." Master Zhang said.

"Okay, then I'll go to Beijing to wait for you, Master." He Chuan said goodbye with a smile.

He Chuan and Jiang Dashi first went to the county train station to buy tickets for tomorrow's train. "Do you really want to go up with me tomorrow?" He Chuan turned to look at Jiang Dashi and asked.

"No, I have to talk to my family first. There are still some things that need to be taken care of here, and the luggage needs to be packed, so it won't be that fast. I will go there with the master and the others in two days." Jiang Dashi said with a smile.

"Okay, after you buy the tickets, write to me and tell me the time. I'll pick you up at the train station." He Chuan calculated that it would take three days from buying the tickets to taking the train to arrive. By then, the letter would definitely have been delivered, and he could just drive to pick them up.

"Okay." Jiang Dashi responded readily.

While Hechuan's work was going smoothly, Su Tao's work was also proceeding in an orderly manner.

The day after the recruitment list was announced, Su Tao signed contracts with all employees, stipulating a one-month probationary period. The contracts varied depending on the position, detailing job descriptions, salaries, and penalties for violations. Some of them resembled a simplified version of a post-employee handbook.

Su Tao took out a handwritten guide to waiter behavior and service terms and gave it to the two waiters to read and study. It contained some waiter behavior guidelines, polite language, and service attitude. He had the two waiters stand aside and study, then assess their performance.

Su Tao prepared to make fast food, and the first battalion made boxed lunches and steamed rice, while the deputy battalion made some braised food for sale.

Boxed lunches and steamer rice are mainly sold to school students and surrounding service personnel.
