"I couldn't find any roe deer, so I walked a little further away. I finally hunted two roe deer and wanted to return home quickly, but I didn't expect to run into this group of wolves. Kang Mingyuan looked at Qiao Mo with apology in his eyes.

The two men returned to the lake, and Kang Mingyuan asked Qiao Mo to take out all the wolves. He dealt with them by the lake and could take them out whenever he wanted.

He shook his head and said, "Brother Yuan, let's deal with those wolves after we get back. If we deal with them in the mountains, the smell of blood will spread, and we have to sleep here tonight. It's too dangerous."
"You have a point, but I may not have time to go to your house to deal with so many wolves after I return." Kang Mingyuan said embarrassedly. In order to spare two days to accompany Momo, he could not rest for the next half month. The most he could do was to find time to come over to see her.
"I can handle this myself. Let's go fishing." Qiao Mo made the decision with a wave of his hand.
"Momo, this is too difficult for you. Let's go back to the city early tomorrow and try to deal with all those wolves." There was no way Kang Mingyuan could leave so many wolves to a girl to deal with, so he decided to go back to the city early in the afternoon and deal with the prey in the storage beads and these wolves before going home.
"Okay." Qiao Mo could only nod. It seemed that he couldn't use the slaughter machine to deal with those wolves.
"Mo Mo, you take a rest. I'll come back to cook after I get the fishing line out." Kang Mingyuan didn't hesitate any longer since he had made up his mind. He asked Qiao Mo to go back while he packed the fish food and then threw the fishing line back into the lake.
"You go fishing and I'll cook." Qiao Mo didn't feel tired. She took out the rice cooker from Kang Mingyuan's tent and the rice from her backpack. After washing them, she lit a fire to cook.
After Kang Mingyuan had reeled out all the fishing lines, he saw that Qiao Mo had already cooked the meal, so he took out a wild rabbit and a dagger from the storage bead, squatted by the lake and started to clean up. He swiftly skinned the rabbit, cut it open, took out the internal organs, washed them, and then cut them into small pieces and put them in a basin.
Qiao Mo waited until the fire started, added two thick branches, and then took a bunch of water spinach from his backpack. After picking them, he washed them by the lake and put them in a sieve to drain the water. Then he sat in front of the stove and started to light the fire.
A breeze blew, and ripples appeared on the surface of the lake. The reeds by the lake swayed gently, as if nodding to the guests. Flocks of water birds flew over the lake, and their chirping sounds were like a harmonious symphony, which made people feel relaxed and happy.
Qiao Mo sat on a small stool, looking at the beautiful scenery, thinking, this is what people often say about a peaceful life.
"Mo Mo, look what this is?" Kang Mingyuan's surprised cry interrupted Qiao Mo's thoughts.
"What is this?" Qiao Mo asked, looking at the fish in Kang Mingyuan's hand that looked like a golden arowana.
"This is the legendary golden arowana. It is said that anyone who encounters it will have good luck." Kang Mingyuan said happily.
