Wang Zhixian felt increasingly hopeless.
Before Ah Li could send someone to fetch the doctor, she saw Wang Zhilu enter the courtyard with a refined-looking man. Ah Li quickly stood at the door to wait.

Wang Zhixian replied irritably, "Almost."
Ali brought Mr. Xiao a small round stool over. "Mr. Xiao, please sit down."
Mr. Xiao sat down and took Wang Zhixian's pulse.
Mr. Xiao then asked, "What did the eldest young master do before he fell ill today?"
Wang Zhixian's expression grew increasingly grim. "Don't ask."
Ahri didn't dare to hide anything and told her everything in detail without concealing anything.
Mr. Xiao took the medicine bowl, smelled it, and recognized it as the same medicine he had prescribed before.
"Come with me for a moment."
Mr. Xiao stood up and asked Ah Li to follow him to the table. He then asked Ah Li to sit down so he could take her pulse.
Wang Zhixian stopped lying down and got up, throwing back the covers. He asked with some concern, "Is my illness affecting her?"
