Xiang Wanwan suddenly turned around.

How did he end up here?
Wasn't his father investigated for embezzlement and demoted?
Upon seeing that it was indeed Xiang Wanwan, Ning Feng immediately stepped forward, his face beaming with excitement.

He reached out to take her hand, but Lu Jingnian grabbed it and twisted it behind his back.

Lu Jingnian grabbed his hand and pulled him to the ground.
Ning Feng stumbled and fell to the ground, hitting the stool behind him with a loud thud, drawing the attention of everyone eating.
The waiter immediately stepped forward and asked Lu Jingnian, "Sir, is something wrong?"
"He harassed my wife."
The waiter sized up Lu Jingnian. The man in front of him had an imposing presence that made him someone not to be trifled with. On the other hand, the man on the ground, dressed in coarse cotton clothes, looked very slovenly and didn't seem like someone who could afford to eat at a restaurant.
He immediately turned around and said to Ning Feng, "Sir, it's mealtime now. If you're not going to eat, please leave."
Ning Feng gripped his aching arm and glared at Lu Jingnian with a sullen face.
He then looked at Xiang Wanwan beside him and realized that she was heavily pregnant.

She got up and ate a few bites of the food Wu Ma had prepared. Lu Jingnian helped her wash up and then she went back to sleep.
Seeing this, Wu Ma felt sorry for Lu Jingnian and said in a reproachful tone, "Young Master should have let Madam come back earlier. After all, Madam is carrying twins, and look how exhausted she is!"
Lu Jingnian also felt sorry for her and said remorsefully, "It's my fault, I won't do it again next time."
The next day.
Xiang Wanwan slowly opened her eyes; Lu Jingnian had already gone to work.
After getting out of bed, I checked my stomach in the mirror, looking left and right. I didn't see any stretch marks, so I felt relieved.
When Wu Ma saw her get up, she immediately served breakfast.
