There are only a few small patches of peanuts, the seedlings are relatively weak, and the plants are short.
But when I heard it, I thought to myself: Well, why didn’t I notice this phenomenon? I have to visit them tonight and make them grow taller. Otherwise, my good stuff would not be so easy to eat. You peanut, you eat my food and drink my drinks, and yet you grow taller? You don’t grow, right? Humph, see you tonight.
We have planted saxaul trees on the west slope of Daqing Mountain. The trees have just taken root, and most of their branches and leaves have recovered and turned green.
The goji berries planted at the foot of Daqing Mountain are growing better on the sunny east side, but the shady side is struggling, with many branches dead. They appear to be dead, so we need to replant some. In the more desertified area of Daqing Mountain, we planted grid grass, and half of the bitter beans within it have survived. The other half has been swallowed by the sand, and the bitter beans have withered.
Overall, the plants and grass on Xiaoqing Mountain grow relatively well.
The thorn wall is growing very vigorously. It is the best plant growing on Daqingshan and Xiaoqingshan. The branches are intertwined with each other, densely packed together, forming a real wall. It is growing well and can prevent wind and sand.
The sunflowers planted on Xiaoqingshan are also growing well, with only a few patches growing shorter and sparsely. On Xiaoqingshan, our newly reclaimed plot of land has also had a good survival rate of 80% for the potatoes we planted. In some areas, the potato seedlings have failed to survive and have dried up.
We harvested a crop of bitter beans planted on Xiaoqingshan, chopped them up and buried them in the ground as fertilizer. This crop is growing well. Whether it is Daqingshan or Xiaoqingshan, the bitter beans grow the best.
