Aoki took the peach gum away, and his hands transformed into beast-like forms as he began to work.
Yang Yun walked over with the fruit, placed it on the table in front of Sheng Xia, and smiled slightly.
"Little one, eat some fruit."
I ate a piece of durian in the middle of summer and squinted my eyes happily.
"Mmm, it's delicious!"
I ate very satisfying food in the middle of summer.
Eating fruit while watching them work, it was so hot in the summer that my hands were itching to join in.
"Yang Yun, give me a bone knife, I'll also repair the peach gum."
Yang Yun looked up, her clear eyes filled with worry.

In the height of summer, she sat down next to Qingmu, picked up a piece of peach gum and started peeling it. Soon, a piece of crystal-clear peach gum was trimmed.
She looked at the fruits of her labor, her eyes and brows beaming with joy. She was truly amazing!
Before I knew it, a whole bag of peach gum had been cleaned up.
Yang Yun and the others looked at Sheng Xia with lingering interest, their eyes shining with anticipation, waiting for her to give the order so they could continue.
I don't know why, but simple cleaning makes the animal feel especially relaxed, and it wants to keep shaving after it has done one thing!
After cutting open one bag, I wanted to get another!
If Shengxia knew what they were thinking, she would say it was very stress-relieving!
Wow, that was fast!
With a thought, Sheng Xia released the other two bags as well.
Yang Yun took a clean bag, put the cleaned peach gum into it, and looked up at Sheng Xia.
"Son, should we put this in the storeroom or in the spatial storage?"
"Put it in the space and let it air out for a few more days." Shengxia placed her hand on it and put the item into her space.
Then they started processing it again.
It's really relaxing!
With no beasts speaking, the atmosphere in the room became quiet and warm for a moment.
Aoki looked up at the sweltering summer, then down at the peach gum, and grinned, revealing a happy smile.
Yang Yun looked at Sheng Xia with bright, sparkling eyes, her peach blossom eyes slightly glistening with tears.
"Sweetie, will we sleep together again tonight?"
In the height of summer, her heart fluttered, and she blushed as she lowered her head.
"ah!"
A short, sharp cry rang out, the knife slipped, and a shallow cut appeared on Sheng Xia's hand, from which blood was seeping out.
It didn't hurt much, but I was startled when I suddenly got scratched.
The smile on Wolf King's face froze instantly. He quickly walked to her side, squatted down, and put his finger in his mouth.
Aoki and Yang Yun were a step behind, and now they were also standing around Sheng Xia with panicked expressions.
"Does it hurt, baby?"
Aoki stood by, looking distressed and at a loss.
"It's nothing, it doesn't hurt, it's just a little scratch," Sheng Xia quickly explained.
Wolf King was devoutly putting his finger in his mouth, and Sheng Xia didn't know whether to pull it out or not.
Looking at his handsome face, she was torn.
Suddenly, a crystal tear fell onto Shengxia's hand, and she looked up blankly.
Then I saw Yang Yun with reddened eyes.
He stood silently to the side, his slender, fair body with well-proportioned and beautiful muscles; though thin, he did not appear weak at all.
The reddened peach blossom eyes made even the height of summer feel heartache.
She kissed the wolf king's cheek, pulled her finger out, and used her supernatural ability.
A green light appeared, and the tiny wounds healed instantly.
She stood up with a smile, took Yang Yun's hand, and gently comforted her, "Okay, don't cry, I'm fine now."
Shengxia felt heartbroken.
A beautiful woman's tears are incredibly powerful!
Yang Yun's cheeks flushed slightly as she quickly wiped away her tears. Her eyes were moist, with redness at the corners.
"I didn't cry, I just felt heartbroken when I saw my baby was hurt."
Her clear, cool voice had a slight nasal quality, both innocent and alluring.
In the height of summer, she wrapped her arms around his waist, rested her chin on his chest, and tilted her head back to nuzzle him affectionately.
"Okay, okay, I'm fine."
Aoki stared at Yang Yun with a somewhat dumbfounded expression, seemingly not expecting things to take this turn.
The little lamb looks so weak, like a female, but I don't dislike the little one at all.
Don't females usually dislike immature males? Why does the little one seem to really like Yang Yun's pitiful appearance?
Aoki was completely baffled. Unable to figure it out, he simply stopped thinking about it, stood up, and stretched out his large, well-defined hands to neatly arrange the peach gum.
Suddenly, Sheng Xia thought of something, and her eyes lit up.
She stepped out of Yang Yun's arms, her bright eyes sparkling with a hint of triumph, her expression radiating smugness.
"You've never tried peach gum before, have you? I'll cook something delicious for you today."
A smile of pleasure spread across Wolf King's face as he looked at Sheng Xia with doting eyes.
He walked up to Shengxia, smiled gently, raised his hand to smooth the messy stray hairs on her head, and then took her hand, their fingers intertwined.
"Come on, I'll go help out."
"Mmm!" Sheng Xia's eyes were bright, and a smile played on her lips.
They don't object when their partners want to cook; objecting is pointless.
All I could do was diligently help out from the sidelines, so that Shengxia wouldn't get tired.
Everything is ready, except for the peach gum.
In the height of summer, she squeezed the peach gum in the water. The outer layer was soft, but with a little force, she could easily squeeze the hard interior.
"Oh, it wasn't soaked properly, so we can't eat it today."
She pouted, looking annoyed.
In my excitement, I forgot that peach gum needs to be soaked for 8 to 12 hours. And for one this big, it probably wouldn't even soak properly after 12 hours.
