Chapter 62, Green Tea

Chapter 62, Green Tea

A little while later, the two returned with their milk tea. Anqi had chosen passion fruit, Li Donghao had given her vanilla milk tea, and he had ordered a glass of lemonade for himself. However, he didn't drink it after putting it down. So, after Zhang Youyou took a couple of sips of his milk tea, he asked curiously, "Brother, can I have a sip of yours?"

As she said this, she stole a glance at Anqi, only to see Anqi's face instantly darken. Anqi cautiously glanced at Li Donghao, who skillfully pushed his lemonade in front of her. Zhang Youyou unceremoniously took the straw and drank two sips, then smacked her lips in satisfaction. Glancing at Anqi out of the corner of her eye, Zhang Youyou felt very content.

It's just green tea, she can do that too.

"Can't you at least have some self-respect?" Li Donghao reminded him.

Zhang Youyou smiled and changed the subject, "By the way, has your matter been settled, senior?"

Finally turning her attention to her, Anqi forced herself to remain calm and said gently, "It's all taken care of."

Zhang Youyou said politely, "You should be careful when you go out in the future. Although it is said that you stop at red lights and go at green lights, there are times when cars turn. You should still look at the road conditions on both sides when crossing the zebra crossing!"

Lee Dong-ho was glad he hadn't drunk any beverage, otherwise he would definitely have coughed it up.

Zhang Youyou is really hilarious.

Angie's face flushed red and then turned pale as she listened to her words. "I know, I know."

"What are your plans for later, senior? Do you want Donghao to take you home?" Zhang Youyou asked "considerately."

Anqi glanced at Li Donghao, wanting to say that she needed it, but she was afraid that Zhang Youyou would cause trouble, so she didn't dare to speak easily.

Lee Dong-ho noticed this and added, "Are you going back to school or somewhere else? I can take you there."

Hearing this, Anqi felt a little relieved and said with a smile that she would go back to school later. Zhang Youyou thought for a moment and said, "I know a good escape room nearby. Why don't we go there later?"

After the words were spoken, the two fell silent. Zhang Youyou looked at Li Donghao and then at An Qi, asking pitifully, "Is it not allowed?"

Before Anqi could speak, Li Donghao interrupted her, "Anqi was frightened and needs to go back and rest. As for the secret room, we can talk about it another time."

Zhang Youyou reluctantly gave an "oh" and continued her struggle with her milk tea and lemonade.

She had drunk most of her milk tea, but couldn't finish her lemonade. So she quietly pushed the lemonade in front of him and winked at him with her innocent big eyes. Li Donghao didn't say anything, but took a couple of sips with the straw she had used, and Zhang Youyou smiled.

Angie, sitting opposite, had never known that passion fruit could be so sour.

The three rested at the milk tea shop for a while, and then Li Donghao took Zhang Youyou to send Anqi back to school. When they returned from school, Zhang Youyou said she wanted to eat a cake from Bailujia, so Li Donghao took her to buy it.

"You did this on purpose, didn't you?" Lee Dong-ho asked as he led her there.

"What do you mean, intentionally?" Zhang Youyou pretended to be stupid.

"Milk tea!" Li Donghao's tone became more forceful. "Just because you don't like Anqi doesn't mean you have to bully her like this! How could you do this?"

Zhang Youyou felt wronged, thinking, "He was the one who cooperated with me, so why is he now saying I'm bullying him?"

"How did I bully her? She's clearly the one who's a green tea bitch, so why are you saying I'm wrong?" Zhang Youyou turned her head away angrily and muttered under her breath, "You did the same thing, so why is it always me who's wrong?"

The train arrived at the station during the argument. Li Donghao told her to get off and buy a cake, but Zhang Youyou didn't move. Li Donghao stood by the train, looked down at her face, smiled, reached out and rubbed it, and said softly, "It's my fault, I shouldn't have scolded you. But we still need to eat later, and if we don't buy a cake now, we won't have time to find a restaurant!"

Upon hearing this, Zhang Youyou sat up straight, unbuckled her seatbelt, slung her bag over her shoulder, jumped out of the car, and strode towards the cake shop.
