Chapter 463 Living with a cerebellum must be exhausting.

On the second floor of the villa next door stood a short-haired woman who looked to be in her thirties. Beside her was a boy who looked to be eight or nine years old.

"Kids these days are spoiled by people like you," the woman added when they didn't respond.

Luo Shimiao jumped off Gu Nian and pulled him down to sit. The warm water reached over their shoulders, driving away the chill.

"I think I heard a dog barking, did you hear it?" Two index fingers drew a heart on the water.

Luo Jianxing picked at his ears and wagged his fish tail, saying, "I heard it. I haven't cleaned my ears for a week and I can still hear it clearly. And it was a vicious dog." His fish tail drew a graceful arc underwater.

Luo Min glanced at it, then looked away: "I wonder whose dog is out on a leash. This is a hot spring resort where people are dressed lightly; it would be troublesome if it bit someone."

"Who are you calling a dog? Don't think I'm afraid of you just because there are more of you!" She pointed at Luo Shimiao and yelled, "You 'borderline girl,' what's the difference between you and a dog? You're just posing and begging for gifts from men in the live stream."

Gu Nian snorted coldly, her voice devoid of any warmth: "Judging from your fierce and hateful appearance, your husband must frequently tip the streamers."

"If you can't control your own husband and take out your frustrations on others, you're worse than a dog."

"Add one more, worse than pigs and dogs." Luo Shimiao lowered her sleeves: "I'm wearing pajamas, just showing my waist to strike a pose. You say I'm skirting the line? Aren't you tired of living with your head wrapped up?"

The woman was panting heavily, her face flushed: "Go back inside and do whatever you want, but if you stay here, you'll corrupt my son!"

"What do you mean by 'corrupting your son'? Does the whole world revolve around your son?"

Li Man rested her head on Luo Jianxing's shoulder and sighed, "I've always seen news reports about parents complaining about cartoons. These must be the people involved."

Her son grabbed her arm and said, "Mom, stop talking, let's go inside."

"I raised you from infancy, and now that I'm being criticized, this is your attitude? Neither you nor your son give me any peace of mind. I shouldn't have given birth to you in the first place!" The woman said, then abruptly shoved her son away.

The boy was pushed down by the force, his body hitting the railing. He lowered his head and remained silent for a moment, then suddenly raised his head and roared, "Every time you argue with Dad, you say you shouldn't have given birth to me. Then just kill me!"

"Mom, I've tried my best to do what you asked, so why are you still not satisfied?"

“When I’m tired from studying, I want to relax by playing on my phone for a while, but you always tell me not to watch those suggestive videos like my dad does.”

"Mom, I'm only nine years old, and I'm not interested in those aunties! I didn't even look at that auntie. I was just curious about that uncle's mermaid costume. I glanced at it a couple more times, and you started nagging again. If this keeps up, I'll become depressed sooner or later!"

The boy seemed to have found an outlet, and he poured out all the words that had been bottled up inside him.

The woman stood frozen in place, her son's words like a bucket of ice water poured over her head.

Just then, a tall man walked out and said, "Stop arguing! Are you done playing around? You can't even keep quiet when you're out having fun. You're making a fool of yourself."

After he finished speaking, he pulled the boy back into the house, leaving the woman still in a daze.

After she came to her senses, she stormed inside, and then her voice could be heard.

"You think I'm a disgrace, huh? I want a divorce! I want a divorce!"

Then came the sounds of a man and a woman arguing.

Thinking of what the boy had just said, Luo Shimiao sighed, "Compared to this, my mom was so good to me. Even when I was a kid, I would tease her and talk back to her, but she never said she regretted giving birth to me."

"My eldest brother took the blame for me, my second brother smoothed things over for me, and my dad cleaned up my mess. I was really lucky to be born into this family."

Luo Jianxing pointed to himself and said, "And what about me?"
