Upon seeing Yun Rou, Li Mu's eyes lit up, and he immediately went over to greet her.
"Captain Yunrou, you've arrived. Thank you for your help this time."
Yun Rou shook her head and smiled, "No need to be polite. From what Colin said, if this isn't handled properly, it might affect the entire base city... and even other base cities."
Li Mu was taken aback: "That serious?"
Yun Rou's expression turned serious, and she nodded, saying, "Yes, the human subconscious cluster is different from the real space. Once one part has a problem, it may ignore spatial limitations and affect other humans even thousands of miles away."
Colin and Li Mu exchanged a glance; what Yun Rou said was a bit frightening.
However, Yun Rou is a Mind-type Awakener, and her strength is even close to the sixth rank, so she naturally exaggerates on this issue.
Colin said, "Then take a look now."
Yun Rou nodded and went to the bedside.
She gazed at Yu Ran on the bed, a dreamlike quality appearing in her eyes.
She whispered to Yu Ran, "Yu Ran, it's dawn."
Yu Ran trembled slightly, and her eyeballs seemed to twitch beneath her eyelids.
However, Yu Ran quickly regained her composure.
Yun Rou frowned, her dreamy expression deepening, and slowly said, "Yu Ran, wake up from your dream!"
Yu Ran let out a muffled groan, her previously steady breathing becoming rapid.
However, after only two breaths, Yu Ran regained her composure.
Upon seeing this, Yun Rou frowned: "Oh no, this girl's condition is not good."
Colin pushed up his glasses: "Can you fix it?"
Yun Rou rolled up her sleeves: "I'll do my best!"
After saying that, her expression turned serious, and she said, "Next, I'm going to enter Yu Ran's shallow consciousness. This is a rather dangerous thing to do, so you guys keep an eye on things in reality for me."
All three nodded.
Li Mu said seriously, "Don't worry, we won't let anyone get close to you."
Yun Rou glanced at Li Mu, then looked at the calm Lu Ning and smiled, "With Lu Ning here, I'm truly at ease."
After saying that, her eyes sparkled with a dreamy light, and she reached out her right hand and pressed it against Yu Ran's forehead.
A dreamlike quality appeared on her right index finger. She closed her eyes and murmured to herself, "I'm going to peek into this little girl's dream, I'm going to peek into this little girl's dream..."
Yun Rou's voice gradually calmed down, and her breathing became steady, seemingly on the same frequency as Yu Ran's.
Lu Kong and the other two remained silent upon witnessing this scene, afraid of disturbing Yun Rou.
Colin used his telekinesis to levitate and reach the doorway, so that no one would suddenly come in and disturb Yun Rou.
Lu Ning looked at Yun Rou and Yu Ran, trying to see if he could figure something out.

However, Lu Ning soon noticed something was wrong.
Silver spider silk reappeared within Yu Ran's body.
The spider silk gradually extended, starting from Yu Ran's head and spreading throughout her body, while also reaching Yun Rou's right hand.
As the spider silk appeared, Yun Rou's brows gradually furrowed.
Her body, which had been sitting upright, trembled slightly, and she let out a muffled groan of pain.
This muffled groan made Li Mu and Colin's expressions change.
The two exchanged a glance, somewhat taken aback.
They originally thought Yun Rou could help rescue Yu Ran, but now it seems that Yun Rou is in trouble.
Just as they were feeling somewhat bewildered, Lu Ning stepped forward, grabbed Yu Ran's forehead, and pulled her outward.
The next moment, the spider silk was stretched and pulled out of Yu Ran's body.
But just like last time, the spider silk that was pulled out did not break and remained connected to Yu Ran's head.
As Lu Ning stretched out, Yu Ran's face turned pale, and cold sweat poured down her forehead.
"No...no..."
Yu Ran muttered to herself, as if she were talking in her sleep.
The words were spoken softly, yet carried a deep fear.
However, just as Lu Ning shot out the silver spider silk, Yun Rou suddenly opened her eyes.
She took several steps back and leaned against the wall to steady herself.
She was breathing heavily, cold sweat pouring down her forehead, staring intently at Yu Ran.
Seeing that Yun Rou was awake, Lu Ning released his grip.
The silver spider silk that had been pulled out bounced back and returned to Yu Ran's head.
The spider silk then retracted at an extremely fast speed and disappeared.
Colin and Li Mu quickly came over. Seeing that Yu Ran's breathing had returned to normal, they looked at Yun Rou, who was somewhat shocked.
"Captain Yunrou, what just happened?" Li Mu asked.
Yun Rou's face was pale. She bit her lip and said, "I entered this little girl's superficial consciousness, and there..."
She took a deep breath, a hint of lingering fear still in her eyes: "It was full of spiders. There were spider webs everywhere; it seemed to have become a spider's nest."
Upon hearing this, Colin and Li Mu's expressions changed.
"All spiders?"
"A spider's nest?"
Neither of them were mental ability users, and they couldn't understand why there would be a spider's nest in their subconscious.
But they clearly knew that this situation was definitely not going to be a good thing.
Colin quickly realized something, and his expression changed slightly: "The beliefs of the Mind Cult that I saw in the underground library before, they seem to worship an evil god called the Dreamweaver Spider Mother? Could it be related to this?"
Yun Rou glanced at Colin and said, "If you know about the Dreamweaver Spider Queen, things will be easier. The Dreamweaver Spider Queen is the embodiment of a group of dreams. Yu Ran has a nest of spiders in her shallow consciousness. Do you know what that means?"
Colin and Li Mu already had a guess, and their faces turned somewhat pale.
