Chapter 30 Underground Street Level 2

Adhering to the principle of "if you can't resist, just lie down and enjoy it," Gu Li cleared all the clothes out of the box and threw the cross he found at the bottom of the box aside. Maintaining his alien form, he lay down inside, staring blankly at the black mist outside, and pulled his tail out from under him with difficulty.

Why doesn't she revert to human form?

Because she can't come back to life now!

Gu Li guessed that this was related to the uncontrollable starlight within her body. The power of the Child of Light represented her human part, while the power of the alien represented her current body. Currently, she could not control the polluted power within her body, which suppressed the starlight within her.

Gu Li fiddled with the silver tassels on her little dress in her paws, her eyelids gradually drooping. After being beaten up by Wang and playing hide-and-seek in the underground street for most of the day, she was really sleepy. Whatever it was, she would deal with it tomorrow.

In the dead of night, the silver alien creature, sprawled out inside the suitcase, made gurgling noises. In a dark corner, a pair of round eyes cautiously opened, scrutinizing the suddenly appearing intruder.

Under the encroachment of countless black mists, silver lines gradually emerged around the dilapidated house, silently protecting it. Whether it was the black mist attempting to invade or anything else that tried to find it, it was all blocked by the silvery-white threads.

The next day, Gu Li woke up still somewhat dazed. The giant alien creature that she hadn't seen in her dream for a long time had reappeared. This time, the distance between them was even closer. Gu Li was being held up by an arm and standing in front of a giant eye.

Gu Li saw herself standing quietly amidst countless dancing tentacles in that eye. Dark marks gradually seeped into her limbs and skin. She stood atop the enormous alien creature, her face bearing a smug and arrogant smile that even she didn't recognize.

Because it looked so cool, Gu Li stood there and stared at it all night. When he woke up, he was still a little confused about whether it was reality or a dream.

The faint commotion outside alerted her, and Gu Li secretly hid by the window, looking out.

They were two pitch-black alien creatures locked in combat, and the difference from yesterday was that one of them appeared to be the kind that possessed reason.

The deep-sea alien with dark blue circular patterns on its body was cursing and grumbling as it wrestled on the ground with another alien whose species was unclear, while dust and debris from the surrounding buildings were kicked up.

The scene of the two tentacle-type aliens fighting was quite chaotic at one point. In the end, the rational and irritable octopus emerged victorious, swearing profusely as he bound the octopus that kept bothering him.

He used one of his own tentacles...

Gu Li looked on and exclaimed, "That arm was severed so skillfully!"

She retreated slightly behind the wall, hearing a dragging sound approaching, accompanied by the angry voice of the blue-ringed octopus: "I really believed your nonsense! You turned into a mutant and then just messed around with me, mating like a madman?! Mating like a madman?! I think your brain has degenerated, and all you have left is a damn thing!"

Gu Li: ...

The footsteps stopped in front of Gu Li's door. Suddenly, there was a sound of something heavy hitting the wall, and the wall that Gu Li was leaning against began to crumble and fall.

The grumpy old man's voice grew closer, seemingly grabbing the alien creature thrown against the wall and demanding, "You still want a wife?! You better bring your chief back to me first!"

Gu Li took a step back, her face turning yellow, and secretly sighed in her heart that you can't judge an octopus by its appearance. She looked at the seemingly normal blue-ringed octopus, but when she cut it open, it was yellow.

A series of loud banging sounds came from the other side of the wall. Gu Li stared at the wall for a moment, hesitated, and then cautiously took a step back.

This wall shouldn't be broken through, right?

Gu Li shook off the layer of ash that had been evenly sprinkled on her body. Suddenly, there was a loud bang in front of her, and a black, chapped octopus head was shoved into her. Gu Li's face, which she had just cleaned, turned black again.

She looked directly into the blue ring through the large hole. Gu Li, who was eating melon halfway through, suddenly felt a little suffocated. She turned her head slightly and met the eyes of the other side of the blue ring.

She had no choice but to raise one paw: "Hello? I swear this is a coincidence."

"Are you new here?"

The blue-ringed octopus showed no remorse for carelessly damaging someone else's property; instead, it aggressively stepped forward and stared at Gu Li through the hole.

His eyes seemed to be filled with a sense of intoxication as he muttered to himself, "Damn, no wonder they all said they wanted to try it. It actually smells pretty good."

The blue rings covering his body had a fluorescent sheen, which shimmered uncomfortably in the dim light of the underground street.

Gu Li blinked, forcing herself to look away from the gradually flashing patterns. She listened to his strange words with a hint of unease, took another step back, and came to the suitcase. A sense of foreboding began to rise in her mind.

He looked Gu Li over with a somewhat covetous gaze, until the scales on Gu Li's back seemed to bristle slightly, before he picked up the unconscious, dark-skinned alien creature from the ground and prepared to leave.

Gu Li stood facing the empty hole in the wall for a moment, then suddenly twisted its waist and flew up, kicking the cross on the ground with its claws.

With a "click," she drew two swords, one long and one short, and turned to block the incoming attack. The immense impact sent her flying.

Gu Li seized the opportunity to flap her wings and burst out of the window. The tentacles that followed closely behind her seemed to be automatically following her, and no matter how she dodged, they could keep up.

She had no choice but to cut her arm with the broken blade, and the blood that kept dripping down gradually stained her longsword red.

"Hey! Why are you hurting yourself when you can't beat them? Take it easy, just let me have a taste!"

Gu Li rolled her eyes, flapped her wings to speed up, and used her legs to push off the roof, propelling herself like an arrow towards the irritable and scheming octopus.

She slashed her longsword fiercely towards his eyes, but it was blocked by tentacles flashing with blue light. She gritted her teeth, ignoring the sound of wind breaking behind her, and forcefully severed the two obstructing tentacles.

The next moment, she folded her wings and kicked him in his broken wound, using the force to take off and avoid the attack from behind.

Looking down at the visibly agitated blue-ringed octopus, Gu Li coughed twice to swallow the fishy taste in his throat and said, "How about we each take a step back, or you can try to taste it?"

The rough, cursing voice suddenly stopped. Gu Li saw the blue-ringed octopus turn its head in shock to look at her, and her voice cracked: "You're a woman, you son of a bitch!?"

Chestnut:

She slowly raised the blood-stained longsword in her hand: "You can try and see if a woman can take you."

The rough-looking man with the blue ring spoke with shock and disbelief: "How could you be so rude!?"

Gu Li's chest heaved slightly. She forcibly ignored the blue-ringed octopus, whose mouth was taunting her from every angle, and turned to leave.

She was afraid that if she stayed with this thing any longer, she might catch its stupidity!
